They took almost 4 weeks to replace the grill and bumper on my Jetta. they installed old dirty used headlights instead of purchasing new headlights at the same price, when I went and opened the hood it fell down on my arm as the hydraulic shock was no good but was working when we dropped off, drivers door doesn’t open correctly and the window wash has antifreeze in it. When I called to address all these things I was told they would get hold of the insurance company at have fixed. I have pictures of the car before it was dropped off, nothing wrong with the fenders and yet shows they had to replace

I wanted to love this place because previously they've fixed my car twice with no issues. Unfortunately this third time my car was in an accident my experience wasn't great. I brought my car in around April 15 for a basic fender repair, nothing else was damaged in my accident. When I picked up my vehicle after two weeks my driver side window wouldn't roll up. The mechanic told me it was probably their fault that it was broken from taking the door off and that they would fix it for me. My experience with this body shop was fantastic. Christian especially was awesome to work with. The professionalism, the quality of the repair work completed, and the quick turnaround in getting the repairs completed and my car returned to me all exceeded my expectations. My car was returned to me looking better than ever! Huge thanks to Christian and the whole team for their hard work and communication. The entire team at Rudy's was extremely professional. My wife's Suburban had some major paint issues caused during the manufacturing process. I fought with GM for 6 months, ultimately took it to Rudy's and they had it fixed in 3 days. The results are amazing. Thank you, without a doubt I will be back!

Terrible place, please take a good word of advice and avoid this auto repair shop at all costs. Total rip-off! Took them about 6 months without exaggeration to even get started on my car’s repairs and get it back to me. Still, to this day a year later the car keeps making a tire rubbing noise which they never addressed and continued to ignore until I finally gave up. And I’m a friend of a friend of the owner “Mark”, so if they did it to me, they’ll do it to anybody! Worst place I ever took my car to. I’ve never regretted anything this much.

*HAPPY CUSTOMER, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED* Paint on my roof was to the point of rusting from Florida sun damage. Hood was fading as well as one of my doors. Mark, the owner, was super friendly and as a female walking into a car place, he did not make me feel like he was intimidating or taking advantage of me at all!

I searched around for a company who was reputable when I wanted a truck painted. Mark was very personable and professional. I choose these guys. It took a little longer that we thought and I was getting a bit skeptical until I picked up the truck and was blown away at the job. They said the paint had a lifetime warranty, "sure" I thought.
I took my wife's car there once when she was rear ended because i trusted them from the truck. they did a great job matching the paint " pearl tri-coat"- not the easiest to match i have been told.

On a referral, I took my 1998 Buick to Rudy's for an estimate, I had a side panel on passenger door about to fall off and needed repair. On entering the office, Christian greeted me and immediately responded to my concerns over my car. He had two of his guys (exceptional customer service) on it, as he noticed a scraped section on other side of the car. One guy was working on the panel and the other proceeded to compound out the other, all with success. Excellent workmanship on both and I couldn't have been happier. He did all this at no charge as I certainly wasn't expecting that

Very friendly staff, amazing service and I will take going to a family owned business any day over a big name shop. Was recommended to me by another body shop who was too full to take a look at my car today but Rudy’s was able to help me out today and for a very reasonable price. Christian was who I talked to on the phone and who helped me at the shop explaining what needed to be done to my car and was very respectful and helpful. My visiting niece sideswiped another car in our 2014 Nissan Cube and basically trashed the entire driver's side. I use State Farm insurance and they recommended Rudy's Auto Body which I'd used a few times previously over the years with great success. Christian was working when I took it in and he was fantastic. Friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable about the entire procedure. He answered all my questions about insurance, repair procedures, types of parts to be used, etc. He gave me an accurate time estimate that they also met. Rudy's is easily the best body and paint experience I've had to date. They made my five-door Subaru Impreza look brand new after it was backed into and even deep-cleaned and detailed it. Best auto body shop we have ever been too. Christian, Doug, and Jimmy were smart and kind! They were extremely helpful and helped us weigh our options when we went in to get our sunroof fixed that was stuck open during rain season. Every time I called Christian was there answering the phone giving me updates! They looked up prices of parts and helped us pick the option that made sense for us. The price we paid for labor was absolutely unheard of. They gave us a deal that I could not have gotten anywhere else I know that for sure. I will definitely be back. Thank you !!!!!!

I was rear ended and needed to have my car repaired. After a bunch of research I chose Rudy's Auto Body & Paint. It was local, they had decent reviews, and I also called a friend it was his first answer. They are off Old Cheney and their sign is easy to read. Prior to arriving calling into the location had a little difficulty with having someone answer. Sometimes it would ring and go to voicemail multiple times a day, however the manager Obad( probably butchered his name here) leaves his cell phone number as well to text or call. Exceptional work and customer service. Full disclosure... They are busy (good thing) and work flow, parts availability and other unknowns cannot be guaranteed so timeline estimates can be optimistic, but the work is flawless and the service is really exceptional. Route communication through your insurance company for follow ups. That worked better for me.

Rudy's is by far the BEST body shop in Orlando. I am very particular about my car and pretty much a perfectionist. Obed and his team share the same values. They take care of your car as if it was their own. My door had a dent in it, and they were able to do the body work and re-paint the driver's side. The car looked brand new and you could never tell work was done. I even took the car to a different Audi dealership and they thought the car was mint. I HIGHLY recommend Rudy's! By far the best work and very reasonable pricing.

Our 2007 Honda Civic Coupe was rear-ended and even though the damage was not severe, the bumper was damaged. Overall our car has no dings or dents and we have been very conscientious about keeping it out of harms way to prevent unwanted damage. Obviously, this was upsetting and the bumper had to be fixed. The other party's insurance covered the damage and we were given the option of taking the car to several auto-body shops in the area. We had never had any dealings with Rudy's and was not familiar with them but since they are listed as an accredited business with the Better Business
