After realizing how fast my grandpa's dog's nails grow, I started bringing her here to get them trimmed regularly. I usually take her elsewhere based on pricing and her usual vet is miles away, but Culver Palms is walking distance from my grandpa's house, making it a more convenient option. For nail trims, an appointment isn't necessary, which also makes things easier.
In your search for a veterinary facility, we believe you should expect high quality care as well as great service. Our goal has been to assemble a veterinary health care team committed to providing exceptional client service and veterinary health care. Our commitment to you is to continue to offer our world class service and a state of the art veterinary facility.
1. Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill. 2. We accept debit cards, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express) checks and cash. All cards must be signed by the owner of the card.

I called to make an appointment for my sick puppy. The person who answered the phone was rushed and unintelligible. Said that they don’t take appointments. I said I could bring my dog in right away then. They then said they only take appointments! Didn’t offer any available times and said I should take my puppy to urgent care. If this is how they treat new ‘patients’ on the phone one can only imagine what their surgery is like. How places like this stay in business is baffling. My dog is sick and they simply didn’t care.

You guys were amazing, quick service, kind employees, and even recommended a coffee place for me to get some food while I waited for my kitties. I was a little nervous due to the Yelp reviews but I'm so grateful I listened to my gut and brought them to you. Seriously thank you so much and I look forward to my next visit.
P.S. before my kitties were even patients of the vet they offered me help, and support via the phone and email when I panicked over a nonissue with one of my babies. They were understanding and helpful and never made me feel bad for my concerns, even when I was clearly overreacting

I've been coming to Culver Palms with my 2 pugs for years now including their past location on Sepulveda. The vets are always fantastic and I give them 100%- they were very kind when we had to euthanize our old pug. The STAFF- UNBELIEVABLY BAD. Consistently when I visited I would have to wait in my car anywhere from 20-45 minutes to be seen. I understand that things get busy so I never thought of it as a deal breaker, I display flexibility and understanding. However, the last time I visited their new location I arrived at my appointment 12 minutes late. This is LA, we have traffic- sorry boo. When

Good vet, never had a problem with care but the Covid protocols they still have in place are a huge hassle - so much so it’s almost worth it to go elsewhere. I was told I could drop my dog early so that I could be back to work on time and instead ended up waiting outside for nearly 45 minutes, super disrespectful of my time. Other than that though, the staff is friendly and they do good work I just hope they would go back to business as usual.

Culver Palms Animal Hospital is the best. I've been taking my dogs here for about 8 years. They do a really done a great job dealing with the Covid-19 protocols. Dr. Bergstrom is phenomenal. He is an exceptional communicator and is always calm. Perfect temperament for dealing with nervous pet owners. He explains everything. He calls and follows up when he says he will. Additionally, the front desk staff and technicians are great. Always friendly. Can't say enough about this place. Thank you for taking care of Gunner, Emmie, and Willow! They always patiently explain everything including procedures
