Blue Linden Weddings & Events got its start in 2013, with owner Wanda Bonner realizing she had a passion for wedding planning and all the craziness that comes along with it. Wanda is masterfully organized and focused, but loves having fun with clients and forming bonds that last well beyond the grand exit.
Hiring a wedding planner takes the stress of planning a wedding off your shoulders without losing any of the input and creative direction that makes your wedding unique and personal. With an experienced planner, you get to enjoy the fun and romantic parts of planning your big day while leaving all the detail management to the professional.
With each couple these topics and answers are different and we are working together to create and execute contingency plans for the 'what ifs.' You all will NOT regret hiring Wanda and her team to help coordinate and plan your wedding! When I say they're the BEST, I truly mean it. Wanda is incredibly professional, organized, and knowledgeable about the wedding industry. She is a 'get it done' kind of gal and most importantly, she is kind and fun to work with. She puts out fires before you even see smoke and handles the most grueling of tasks with ease (in our case, counting linens for days!). Wanda is incredible to work with. I was a videographer on a wedding she was the planner for. She is so personable and though we met at the wedding itself she worked with me as if we had known each other for a while. Weddings can have stressful moments in it for vendors at times but she maintained such a professional and calm composure and helped not just the couple but me throughout the day. Whenever I had a question her and her assistant were ready to answer or help provide me with a couple extra moments to get ready for the next event. Wanda is invaluable as a full service coordinator! She brought a wealth of information on venues and quality service providers. Budget details are important and Wanda brought to our attention expenses which sneak in and add up. Rehearsal and Day of event were smooth. Wanda and Natasha knew our plans, vendors and nuances of the day. As Parents of the Bride, my husband and I were able to enjoy the day and our guests without thinking about details. Our daughter was one that never showed any interest in having a wedding until she met the right person. Then she was adamant on having her “dream wedding” out of state. She chose Colorado and the adventure began. After interviewing many wedding planners, she selected Wanda and Blue Linden Wedding & Events. There are not enough words to describe how incredible Wanda and her team are! From the stages of planning through the wedding day, they were on top of it! My husband and I also felt a sense of ease every time we spoke with Wanda - she always had everything under control. Wanda and the Blue Linden team were an absolute JOY to work with. Wanda is fun, engaging, and so positive. The months leading up to my "month of" contract with Wanda, she was reaching out with little reminder emails and "things to consider" to keep me on schedule as I continued my wedding planning. She was always available to answer and email, phone call, or text and made time for me leading up to the wedding. We had a great time working with Wanda from Blue Linden. I was so impressed with her professionalism and knowledge. Our original date was in 2020 and Wanda worked diligently with us on rescheduling and was willing to work with our new 2021 date even though she had conflicts later in the weekend. My own wedding was my only experience being in a wedding, so everything was very new to me on how things would operate. It was so helpful that she had experience with my venue in the past and was able to work as a team with them instead of every vendor being siloed. Our wedding went off without a hitch

Blue Linden Weddings just did my son's wedding and it was absolutely perfect! Wanda gave such attention to detail and was so personable and attentive to anything that the bride and groom wanted, as well as giving her professional advice. What set them apart from others, is the small things that we never even thought of that Wanda did, such as taking personal responsibility for sending in the marriage license, so that we did not have to designate anyone to do that. I highly recommend Blue Linden for those who want a stress-free wedding. From the very beginning, Wanda was extremely responsive and professional. Even though I had officially contracted her for the day-of services, she really helped me throughout the whole year leading up to our wedding with any questions, coordinating with vendors, and making sure we were on top of the timeline.
