Apartment was very nice, staff was originally very helpful and sweet. Parking was an absolute nightmare and maintenance staff rude, creepy, and unprofessional. We moved after 6 months, having to break our lease and paying thousands to move back out, even after they had found someone to take over the lease. Then we get a letter in the mail 2 months after moving claiming we owe them another $1200. Do NOT recommend.

I have really enjoyed my time at The Village at Mayfield! It's been about three years and my apartment is a great size and close to everything. Beautiful facilities, newly renovated community center and a wonderful pool! It's all in a very quiet and safe area. One downside is that the only utility covered is trash, so that can add to the overall expenses. Maintenance is usually pretty responsive as is the front office. Very happy here!

We couldn’t be more satisfied with our choice of living in the Village of Mayfield! Beautiful, wooded grounds, spacious apartments, great location, easily accessible from the interstate, close to several restaurants and grocery stores, close to the wonderful North Chagrin reservation, awesome amenities that include a very well-maintained fitness center and external pool with hot tub. The neighborhood is awesome and we really feel at home!

Very happy with the two years spent here. Grounds and facilities are well maintained, safe and quiet location close to award winning grocery store, restaraunts, metro park, and bike trail. Office staff has always been responsive, friendly, and fair. Maintenance is incredibly prompt. Feels more like home than the other high rises around. Enjoy!

Hidden Gem! This Apartment community is nestled in an adorable neighborhood. The floor plans are spacious, with so much character. The amenities are 5 Star. Heated Pool and Spa, Indoor Racquetball court, 24 hour Fitness Center and business center. The maintenance and staff are incredible. Worth Stopping in to visit.

The grounds are well manicured. Our apartment was overpriced in how they go up on your rent each year is utterly ridiculous. The staff at first, were kind and would do what they could to accommodate you and your needs; then once you renew your lease.... SMH.... The story changes tremendously! We stayed 2 years and left! And we didn't get our full security deposit back either.... enough said

I have lived at many apartment communities in the eastern suburbs, I normally lease for 3-5 years on average and usually move on to new scenery.
I rented a 2bd with den and stayed for 2 years, the apartment and common area's were clean and the neighbors were quite in my building.
Upon move out I cleaned my unit very throughly like I always do and took pictures of everything. (A former neighbor told me to do so) glad i did because after move out I was shocked to receive a letter stating that they were not refunding me my 500.00 security deposit and stuck me with a 1400.00 in damages charges! carpet

Don’t move here. Spare yourself from dealing with people who lie, and have no sympathy for the problems their property causes you. They are rude, not helpful, and very defensive in every conversation with them.
Was not able to see unit until the day they knew I MUST sign the lease and move it. I was told it had a patio and new carpet- quickly learned that it has neither. Residents smoke in common areas in my building. (I have an allergy to smoke and they refused to move me to another building.) There are roaches in both my unit and the unit across the hall. I have taken pictures of the roaches
