I am Daisy Borba and have been investing and managing personal property in the Tri-Valley area since 1989. I have shared a passion for finding properties that "pencil out" as keen investments and have learned from experience what it takes to properly screen and keep good tenants. The online Owner Portal streamlines communication, protects your investment, and helps you maximize the value of your properties. Make and receive payments from the mobile-friendly Online Portal. Directly send funds for owner contributions, including emergency maintenance repairs, renovations, or reserves via eCheck or Debit Card.

Large Living Room with vaulted ceilings, dining area, half bath downstairs for guest and kitchen has nook that could be used for multiple purposes. The upstairs features 2 master suites, one of which has a walk-in closet.
Electronic deposit directly into your bank account, this method is preferred by the vast majority of our owners and is much quicker allowing us to get you paid between the 7th-9th of the month. Physical check in the mail, our bank will send you a check and depending on the mail delivery service you should receive a check between the 11th-14th of the month.
If the goal is to buy and leverage for multiple investments each year, be sure a plan is in place for each purchase. Include timing, type of property, after-tax rate of return (yield) expected, and future values of each investment. Project in the plan how to accomplish it, what you want to achieve and when you want to achieve it.

Long overdue review. I have been with Pleasanton Property Management for over 9 years. I was referred to them by my realtor and I couldn’t be happier. They take care of the day-to-day management activities, so my involvement is minimal. My property hasn’t ever been empty for more than a month. You can’t go wrong with PPM.

Daisy has been great to work with to help me and my children find a rental! She is knowledgeable in the market and is very professional.
She has gone out of her way to help me and give me contractor info, etc good advice when needed. She is also available during the eves and on weekends. She cares and likes to help people. I highly recommend her!

If I had a chance to give them a zero star,definitely I would.They don’t respond to any service request in a timely manner just because of negligence.i presume they are doing property management as a side job to hope sell it in the future.they don’t preserve the owners asset and don’t care about the tenant as well.when you request something to do which is a part of their job,they have someone in the office to argue with you constantly.anyhow I never looking for this kind of property management company to work with them.after 26 months working with them they

One word for Pleasanton Management : OUTSTANDING! I have done business with them for almost 8 years now, and recently engaged them to manage another property in the Silicon Valley. They found a quality tenant in less than 1 month. Daisy and Brady are great to work with. They are connected and can get quality tenants very quickly. The first time I used their services I was relocating to the East Coast for work but wanted to keep my house in the Bay Area. I was on the East Coast for over 6 years and my house was only vacant for less than 2 weeks! All good tenants. And whenever there were any issues

We recently moved to Oregon and decided to leave our house in the hands of Pleasanton Management to rent our house out. I was a little worried at first since we would be out of state and not have quick access in case something went wrong. Brady has done a tremendous job of keeping us updated and the house rented. I couldn't be happier with their service.
