Diego Cardoso was excellent from start to finish. He was able to work with me on my search criteria for the perfect home, and I was very picky about it. he was able to continuously refine the search parameters and really was analytical about the whole process. The extended Armario team was great as well, since when Diego couldn't make a home visit, Saya was there to help out within a few hours notice. That's teamwork. Armario Homes and our agent, Diego Cardoso, worked closely with my wife and I on all aspects of selling our home, he helped coordinate with stagers, home inspections, house cleaners and all other outside vendors needed. He even picked up our mail and sent it FedEx to us. The Painter my wife and I had arranged ended up canceling at the last minute, Diego and team acted quickly to bring in a new painter, which saved the day.
