Services
At Next Level we believe every injury and every patient is unique. During your initial evaluation we take the time to assess not only your area of pain but the body as a whole. Our goal is not just treat your symptoms but find the cause of your dysfunction. During your evaluation you will be given an individualized plan of care designed by your licensed physical therapist.
During your first visit, you will meet with the physical therapist for an evaluation of your injury. The therapist will then decide the appropriate treatment for your specific condition. This may include exercises to improve strength and flexibility in the injured area, hands-on manual therapy, heat or cold packs, and the application of ultrasound or electrical stimulation devices, if needed.
Hailey Alfred received a Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree from the University of California and San Francisco State University's Graduate Program in Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation Science in 2011. Prior to graduate school, she graduated magna cum laude with an undergraduate Bachelor's of Science degree in nutrition science from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, CA.
Kristina joined the Next Level Team in 2016 as our Office Manager. With over 15 years of experience in the medical field, she brings an extensive background and knowledge of how the system works. Delivering outstanding customer service has always been an essential part of her repertoire. In her spare time, Kristina loves to travel the world with her husband and enjoys playing with her two fur babies.

The Team at Next Level is FANTASTIC!!! From the moment I walked in it was a positive and professional experience. I will and already have recommended Next Level to anyone in need of PT/rehab services. The entire team is friendly, professional and positive and the training space is friendly and inviting. My PT coach, Jessica helped guide me through a lingering issue that I was not recovering from on my own and corrected the bad muscle patterns I had developed. You never want to be in a situation where you need medical care and are in pain but if and when it happens, this is the best place to come for therapy. I’ve been coming here for months and am seeing great results- all the PTs are not only knowledgeable in their field but compassionate and passionate about what they do. The PTAs and all staff are also fabulous, caring and conscientious. They’re like a small family and treat me the same. These are some of the most caring, professional people I have ever met. I have now been here for two sessions, one for an arthritic ankle and now for a knee with meniscus issues, about two years apart. Every visit was a delight (but often hard work :-). Kerry, Ashley, Hailey, Jessica, Lili, Kevin and Kristina always remembered my name, my problem and progress. As a result, I have so far been able to avoid surgery for both conditions and I will always be grateful to Next Level. Please read: I've only commented/posted/etc a few things in my life on social media and feel obligated to share my review. Having horrible shin splints and knee pain for years, I was extraordinarily skeptical that Kerry and crew could help. My skepticism was completely abated when I finished running up to Machu Picchu, which is considered the "World's Hardest Marathon". This would not have been possible without the extraordinary help of Next Level Physical Therapy. No b.s. here. No favoritism here. Just the honest truth. You'll be thrilled with the results.

Ashley is excellent at what she does! As a hairstylist of 16 years I have become familiar with the physical therapist office😄. Ashley is warm and pleasant to work with. She's very knowledgeable in her profession and offers practical solutions to your needs. I would highly recommend Ashley to anyone that has a need for physical therapy!

Rick & I were in Scottsdale for 6 months when I developed low back pain and Shoulder pain radiating down my right arm. Next Level Physical was excellent at treating me and guiding me back to complete health. It was refreshing to have such caring & knowledgeable therapists. Thank you for your guidance!!
