I've been a client of Nick Hadinger at Streamline Perfromance PT for about 18 months now following a shoulder clinic he provided at my swim club. I started because I am a competitive Masters swimmer and Nick has a long history of competitive swimming (including U of A D1 team) and I had a sore shoulder. I had used “traditional“ physical therapy for an injury three years previous, without achieving full range of motion. Nick, at Streamline physical therapy, was able to fully resolved the issue. Unlike traditional physical therapy, Nick spends close to an hour with the client, utilizing various therapies. He then reviews exercises and sends a follow-up email demonstrating the exercises. This is my first experience going to physical therapy, and it has been outstanding. Dr. Hadinger used our first session to diagnose the immediate cause of pain in my shoulder and develop a plan to address its root causes. Now, several sessions in, my shoulder is feeling much better, and my swimming form is improved. Just as importantly, I understand how to avoid repeating the same mistakes in the future. I have referred friends and family to Streamline. It's a great PT practice that I hope never to need again!

I was referred to this office after having months of back pain. Turns out I had two herniated discs and lower lumbar stenosis. I worked with Dr. Ryan Spencer. He was amazing. Ryan was always available when needed. He is very knowledgeable and attentive. No complaints at all. Months later I am finally able to walk normally again! I can't say enough about Nick and his treatment approach. Using a variety of techniques, including massage, scraping, cupping and needling, he was able to relieve my pain and get me back to normal activities in a very short period of time. In addition, he was great about explaining exactly what was going on with me and how he was approaching treatment; and he provided me with a series of stretches and other exercises that I was able to do at home to continue to my healing and was great about checking in on me (and nicely pushing me!) to make sure I was staying on track. As an endurance athlete niggles are going to show up from time to time. And from the beginning Dr. Nick has been dedicated to not only helping get them to go away, but also how to prevent them from coming back. I also recently suffered a really serious crash on my bike in a triathlon, which resulted in some shoulder issues. My triathlon coach recommended seeing Nick for my chronic shoulder pain from years of swimming, work and life in general. To be honest, I was skeptical he could help me, but its been an incredible and enlightening journey.
