I really love every person there. Loreta, Brian, Scott Houghton and Dr Younas are all really nice people. I know Brian has stayed late trying to get my pre-authorization done so I can get my prescriptions. Loreta is precious to me. Dr Younas may come across intimidating but he's really a super great Dr. I would recommend this place highly. Ellie at the front desk is so understanding. Give them a chance to help you. They've sure been good to me.

Is everyone friendly? Absolutely. Will they regularly mess up prescriptions? Absolutely. You have to call and call and call to get someone to help you. They say they'll call you back but never will. When they mess up your pain meds, your insurance can block them thus leaving you in pain. I was referred to a physical therapy place by their staff that ended up hurting me. Now, they seem not understanding that my pain level has increased.

I have been a patient of Texas Partners for almost 2 years now and love Dr Younas, he’s a phenomenal physician and I get injections by him. I would have given them 5 stars because of Dr Younas but his RUDE STAFF is why I left only one star!! I see him at his Frisco location but he does my injections at his Denton location. The front desk lady at frisco Belinda is so rude! Every time I’m due for a med refill and I come in Dr Younas always forgets to send it in until I call and complain! When I call she answers and speaks to me in the most degrading tone as if I’m asking so much of her just

Dr. Younas was very professional and most of all Explained the why behind his treatment plan. My husband is in good hands with this physician and his front staff were kind and very personable. You can tell that Dr. Younas is very compassionate and educated on his specialty, I would recommend him to anyone looking for pain relief.
