My 3 year old daughter hates going to the doctor. I don't know why but the staff, nurses and doctors and nurse practitioner Michelle are always so patient and kind with her. Even know my daughter was not wanting to cooperate they managed to get everything checked out and had her laughing and smiling towards the end. I am expecting twins in the next couple months and look forward to bringing them here as well.

We went in for my daughter's first Covid-19 vaccine dose. The staff were kind, and the entire process went smoothly. Patricia was fantastic with my daughter! She was able to calm her before giving the shot. Afterwards, my daughter had no complaints. In fact, she said it was the best experience she's had when having to get a shot! We could not have asked for a better experience!

Dr. Cook is very knowledgeable, listens to my concerns and questions and is thorough in addressing them. This practice has provided great care for my children. We have also seen other providers here as well, such as Dr. Miller and Michele Holwerda Certified Pediatric Nurse Practioner and have loved them too.

Dr. Cook is a wonderful doctor! My oldest has seen him for 8 years now and my other two kids since birth. He is very kind and takes the time to explain things in detail. He also talks to my boys and explains things to them as well so they really respect and like him. It is very important to me that Dr. Cook doesn’t just push medications as well. All of his recommendations have always been reliable and I trust his advice. I’ve tried other pediatricians in the area since they would be closer to my house (we have moved) but I haven’t found a doctor that I trust more than Dr. Cook or one my boys

Downhill spiral... My kids had been going here for over 10 years but we just found a new doc. The kids had switched docs already as Dr Chad left, then we had Dr Baig and we were just informed she left. The office staff are less than helpful. We needed to get my daughter in ASAP and all they could offer was over two weeks out. That wasn't doable so we had no choice but to go to another doctor. Asking for my daughter's records, office staff told me it would be 3 days and $25 when they knew it was a priority. We will never be coming back.
