Luxury Auto Body was established in 1999 with the goal in providing the service n the industry. Luxury Auto Body offers full service collision repair throughout San Diego County with two conveniently located facilities. Our I-Car Gold Standard certified technicians have the latest industry training to accommodate repairs to all makes and model vehicles.
I would hands down, recommend this place to anyone. Carlos and the rest of the staff (don't know anyone else by name) are just an incredible group of people. Regarding Carlos - when I got my damaged car quoted, Allstate said that I had to pay a $100 deductible for prior damage. Luxury Auto Body is great.

Early December 2021, I call Luxury Auto Body and tell them that I’d like an appointment to fix my vehicle under an insurance claim account. No appointment shop? Okay, I go to the shop one morning and Francisco tells me they are busy till January 17th and that I can come back then.
Insurance guy emails me that they canceled me as a “no show”? Mind you, this is 3 phone calls, 1 email, and 1 in-person attempt to conduct business with this shop. As a business, it’s just plain bad character to not have a plan of action.

I used the location on Aero Dr. I have owned and operated multiple business in my life and I know that occasional mistakes can happen no matter how hard you try. The difference between an excellent business and a mediocre one is how the culture of the business and management handle occasional mistakes. The culture and management in this location is superb and it is very clear that customer service is their #1 priority. Both Fernando and Carlos are great to do business with and I cannot recommend this location enough.

My mom's car was hit by a drunk driver in a parking garage and Luxury Auto Body was one of those recommended by the insurance company. From start to finish, they were pleasant to deal with, patient and informative. They explained everything that was going to transpire and the estimated (think supply chains in Covid times) completion date of auto body repair, a little more than a week later.
They kept us informed and true to their word - their work was top notch. Easy. Just what we need in these trying times! Thanks Carlos at Luxury Auto Body!

This is my second time posting.
Unfortunately, I am the recipient of bad luck with other drivers hitting my car. After most recently having my back end smashed up and fixed by Luxury Auto, another car, a few months later, took out the right side of my car. Both accidents required significant work and each time it was done well.
Carlos and the team over there or highly professional and my car looks like New once again.

Beyond my expectations! Can't praise Carlos enough. I went there Saturday morning, 40 minutes before closing time. They close early Saturdays. Carlos (the manager) came out to greet me. By taking a brief look at my van, he could tell how much the damage was, the process of fixing it and how long it would take to fix. I was rear-ended. He said that he would contact insurance (Connect from Costco) and take care of everything for me. And he did! I didn't have to do any thing. The van looked like brand new when we picked it up. They even cared enough to detailing the inside. Impressive. Will

This shop was amazing. Great customer service. I felt taken care of the entire time. I was out of town when my car was ready to be picked up and they were gracious enough to let me keep my car there until I was back in town. They even washed my car so that it was clean when I picked it up. This shop is reliable, and everyone who worked there was so genuine and kind. I hope I don't need to get my car fixed again but if I do, I will 100% be using this shop and recommending it to all of my friends. Thanks guys!

Had a minor rear end claim through Allstate and Luxury Auto Body was an approved shop for me to have my car repaired. Andrew helped me through the entire process and was extremely knowledgeable about the claims process, rents car details, etc. My Volvo has a beautiful new bumper and I'm extremely impressed with the service they gave. Provided updates along the way and called me when my car was ready to be picked up. Thanks Andrew and Luxury Auto Body!

Carlos is the best! He made things easy, took care of business and always gave me a peaceful mind. He is a great guy! My previous car was rear ended three times, always went to the body shop. Quality is great and service is great.This time they did great job as before. Washed my car and cleaned my interior and added windshield fluid (did not even mention that to me). I highly recommend this place.

This was my first time at Luxury Auto Body and I can't thank them enough for taking such good care of my car an me. I showed up directly after a collision and I was shaken and had no idea what to do. They sat me down and gave me water and calmly went over all the next steps, and even drove me home. I got my car back looking better than it looked when I bought it. They went above and beyond in every aspect of service. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

I was in an auto collision and was fortunate enough to be referred to luxury auto body on Aero Dr. by Mercury Insurance. I have to say... Wow! They went above and beyond in every category. The only shop I fully trust with my baby, Lucille. I found this shop when someone backed into my driver side doors that needed to be replaced. At the same time, I also had them repair my front bumper after my friend swiped a fence. All parts replaced/repaired look immaculate. Trust that the manager, Carlos, is there to handle your concerns. He is proactive by keeping you informed and makes the repair process seamless. He definitely goes above and beyond to take care of your needs. I was in a 4 car pileup and needed to get my Audi A3 back to perfect condition. It was banged up in the front and the Back... It's a leased vehicle so I was anxious about where to take it...
