Healthcare Integrated Services (HCIS) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established to provide health and life skills services in low income and medically underserved communities. Services
The HCIS enhanced model represents a new standard of comprehensive and holistic school health that brings a cost-effective opportunity to develop prevention and clinical public health interventions for economically disadvantaged communities that can be easily replicated in any school district globally.
There has been growing recognition of the benefit of health systems providing Whole Person Care (WPC) that can address the physical, mental, and social needs of an individual as part of a single care plan. Since HCIS opened our doors in 2004, we've learned many important lessons that inform our WPC program model.
Since 2005- present school years, Health Care Integrated Services delivered quality services to over 120,000 youth within the Los Angeles, Inglewood, and Compton Unified School Districts with issues such as alcohol and drug abuse prevention, attempted suicide, bullying, truancy, teen sex, behavioral issues, peer pressure, troubled homes, and many more.
Instructional program in health and medical administrative services; Licensed Practical and Licensed Vocational Nurses Care for ill, injured, or convalescing patients or persons with disabilities in hospitals, nursing homes, clinics, private homes, group homes, and similar institutions. May work under the supervision of a registered nurse.

I authorize the release of any information necessary to assist the Agency in processing and in resolving any issues or claims that may arise. I hereby consent to all medical and other services provided by HCIS and I release the Agency from any bodily injury or liability resulting from these services.
