We recommend visiting from 8 am until 8 pm, after that time we lock our doors as most residents are asleep. But you are welcome to visit 24 hours a day. Please call in advance for after-hours visits to ensure access. We strive to create social programs and individualized activities to match the capabilities and needs of each resident.
Your doctor has ordered the services you need for SNF care, which require the skills of professional personnel such as registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, etc. You require the skilled care on a daily basis and the services must be ones that can only be provided in a SNF on an inpatient basis.

My dad has been complaining of foot pains for about a week (since Monday), not sure what it is at the time. We asked the nurses to take a look at it, and they said nothing was wrong. Friday we called again and asked to take a look at the foot again. They did an X-ray. On Saturday we called to see the results of the X-ray, but they still hadn't take a look, and when they did they said there is nothing wrong. If it wasn't for my dad sending me this picture they would have done nothing. Even when we went in person

If I could give it a zero start I would. My uncle passed away here. We went to see him there is no respect for the passing of my uncle his eyes were not shut or his mouth The TV was on full blast! NO RESPECT for the departed. The nurses are rude when you ask them a question !!!!! They walk in with no mask to the facility!!! My uncle's lasted two days after being ok at the hospital. The whole facility smells like cigarrette. Please do not bring your family here. Please!!!

Mattress smell really bad.The rooms are poor air circulation, over time the use of mattress start to smell and have a foul odor. They leave medication cream expose for any person to get and can cause bacteria for the client. There personal clothes and shoes keep missing. Don't buy anything expenses or nice, They will only get loss. You will notice your love ones things will start to disappear.
I also have pictures of fungi growing in the water pitcher. (Please check everyday). Also be careful of your personal information of your love ones staying there. I have also email forms and personal documents

Horrible place, smell really bad and no air conditioning. The place is a total fraud and lie , patients have to buy their own fans , old food or half cooked meat cold in the middle . They will use your insurance up and treatment expectations not met . The admin staff lies issa guerro is the person that gives the tours total fraud act she don t know you or want answer your call for a concern. The place should be closed permanently .

This place reeks with the smell of cigarettes and this a so called healthcare center there might be people who suffer with breathing problems yet they allow patients to smoke. This is a disgrace most of the staff look very arrogant. They should be very nice and welcoming and the place should be an actual healthcare center not a bar or club.

You cannot even find a Doctor in this place, even one of the nurses said the doctors don't never come here,been waiting now for 2 hours for the doctor who is supposedly just across the street..but yet they have so many employees here,every patient should have immediate attention but that don't happen ,just don't understand how they are still open as a nursing facility .
