I had a leak in my water main. I called Squared Away on the recommendation of my community page and I try to support veteran owned businesses. Chris came out and made a few recommendations before getting started. Given the issue and a previous repair (made by another company) gone wrong, he could have quoted a lot more or easily said he couldn't do it today. He took the time and made the effort to make a repair with what he had and that stopped the leak. He was very professional and made sure to explain what he did and that I was happy with what was done. Would definitely recommend and will be

Not a customer but, I know several previous employees of this company. The master plumber has issues with self control and seems to never be able to admit when he's wrong. He's one of those "it's always someone else's fault" people. This company has been under investigation by the Texas State Board of Plumbing Examiners for not following the rules set forth by the state. It seems they've had an employee get hurt on the job and have made very little effort to pay the medical bill in over 8 months of attempts by that ex employee. Ive even seen proof that the master plumber refused to sign for hours

We had a water pressure issue and reached out to Squared Away Plumbing for a quote. Therasa was very responsive with all communications and we were very pleased that they sent someone out the following morning to take a look and diagnose the issue. The plumber explained what was going on and was super helpful.

Received one email from Therasa and then crickets. Do not recommend using this company for your plumbing needs.
Edit: the owner’s response is a lie. I was not contacted three times. A single email. We never even discussed timeframes. Flat out lies from the owner.

In my 40 years owning homes and working with plumbers, these guys are the best. I have had to have them come out 3 times in the last 4 years and each time they did a fantastic job. They arrive when they say they will, they do the job efficiently and cleanly, no mess left behind. I highly recommend anyone living in Cedar Park, Leander, or Liberty Hill to call them first. You will not have any regrets.

Our nonprofit organization Open My World Therapeutic Riding Center suffered plumbing damage during the winter storm 2021. We called several plumbers with no response. Upon calling Squared Away Plumbing, not only did they respond quickly during a busy time, but completed the job timely and professional. Also, we appreciate that they took extra time to ensure other pipes were good for future use. It is shocking that I got such a fast response to my review. I called you out to my parents house after they had a pipe burst. Their last name is Inman. First, you did not show up on the day you said you would arrive. I called back and was told I had not been manually entered into the system, they were sorry and someone would be there the next day. Even though I had already told them it required cutting into the concrete, someone was sent that simply looked at it and said we need to cut into the concrete. Love and strongly recommend this company. My sister's heater went out in the evening and we needed someone to come out and hopefully fix it fast because my sister was having cancer remove surgery the next day. My sister called 2 companies one of the being Radiant whom advertise 24/7 service she explained the urgency, she was told that all her technicians were busy and couldn't come out. They were super professional, friendly, courteous and FAST. I called them on a Tuesday afternoon to look at my water heater, Chris (the owner) was at my house two hours later giving me a solid and understandable explanation for why I needed a new hot water heater. They were back by 8:30 the next morning replacing it for us, they were done by 10:30 AM. Chris was thoughtful with me about the current health and economic situations and I appreciate his and his staff's personal touch. I am a recent home buyer in Leander. I had a leak in the black box in my yard where my water connects to the city meter. The city informed me that it was up to me to get a plumber and have it fixed. I used Angie's List to find recommended local plumbers. I asked 2 plumbers for estimates. the first quoted $1300. YIKES! I about had a heart attack!
