We will listen carefully to all your needs and wants and then set you up on a search portal. The search portal is beneficial for two main reasons. First, you can log in to the portal and see all the homes available that meet your criteria. You can also add notes or mark the homes you like best. Second, you will automatically get an email with any listing that fits your search criteria the minute it comes on the market.
Staging: You will want to get your home in shape to hit the market! Our agents will meet with you for free and help you do things like move furniture around, de-clutter, add plants or color, etc. LPRE has a preferred stager that gives our clients a great deal for homes that are vacant and unfurnished.

I found my experience working with Bruce Shankman not to be a very good experience. I was surprised to learn he was with a reality. When completing documents for renting, I had to send needed items over and over again, not sure why other than he was losing the forms or he forgot he had them which was fustrating and a waste of my time. I shouldn't have to send things repeatedly as well as where were my personal information forms being lost to? The communication was Awful and I found him to be agressive and defensive. He never lets you talk but would rather be agremative in conversation. When needing

Everything hoped for and more. We listed our house with Brie Cape and she sold it in 3 days, for full asking price. She gave us great staging advice, kept us up to speed throughout the process, and made everything easy. Since we were out of town during most of the closing period, having her on top of all the details was fantastic and worry free. Thanks for a job well done.
