Very polite and friendly! We only had 10 days to complete our inspection for our soon to be home, and he was Johnny on the spot, and got it done very quickly for us!! Afterwards he called and explained everything in a language I could understand, and then sent the documentation to my agent and myself. On top of everything else, he was very reasonably priced!
