This is our second time working with Sunil. He helped us buy this home and more recently sell it. He took full ownership and ran the show from listing, working with contractors, inspectors and staging. That is such a peace of mind. Home buying is an emotional process as is and having your agent as the rational voice during the entire process is pivotal and Sunil & Kevin were exactly that during the entire process. We had an introductory call with Mr. Sethi and Kevin. There was a lot of talking about how his kids went to private school and that was the only way to get into good universities. I have a preschooler starting kindergarten next year and there was no conversation about that. They did not want to know what we like and what our choice is. They came across as rude. It was like an interrogation going on . I was so frustrated after this experience that I did not speak to another realtor for a week. This was despite the fact that our budget was a pretty decent 1.7 to 2 million. Very disappointed.
