Amit Ghambir was punctual in responses, clear as to what information was needed, and what the status of my tax preparation was when asked. He was timely and careful in preparing my CA and Federal returns. We conducted our business online and over the phone when needed. It was a pleasure (and relief) to work with him. I usually have this done much earlier in the year and though it was close to deadline he was prompt and very easy to work with. A pleasure. Never have my wife and I ever had a better tax preparing experience than the one we just had with Business Tax Solutions. Our tax preparer Amit took care of everything in just about a half an hour. In and out just like that, and not expecting the refund that we received. Very professional, organized and technically resourceful using state of the art tax software.
