Dr. Brandon Murphy is a native of Illinois and grew up in the southern suburbs of Chicago. He practiced several years as an associate dentist before forming Murphy Dental Group, PLLC. Dr. Wise chose Dr. Murphy to continue the legacy of the multi-generational practice that Dr. Brundage and Dr. Wise proudly led for decades.

I have been coming to see Dr Chan for several years now, and she is a really great dentist. I have always been very satisfied with the care of the hygienists and the dentists here. I would love to keep coming to this office but I just can't get an appointment. I received the dental cleaning reminder and called in November, yet not a single appointment available until February! Unfortunately due to work commitments I had to reschedule into March, but someone at the front desk did not actually schedule the appointment. I did not receive an apology, but instead was told "I am sorry that

Great experience with the dentist (Kristy Cho), but customer service otherwise has been poor in my experience. I've been twice now and received lackluster customer service both times, there was a mix-up and my insurance wasn't billed for a visit and I received a $1300.00 bill. Called to clear it up and received the correct bill, almost 5 months later. The delay could've been my insurance's fault? Called to request a copy of a receipt of my payment, so that I can submit it for reimbursement and still waiting on it. Sending mail from Oak Park to another address in Oak Park shouldn't take over a week

I had a really nice experience with Dr Cho here. I really appreciate that she did the exam herself, rather than a hygienist. She's friendly and warm, and a little bit chatty, but not so much that it's annoying. She gives practical advice without being an alarmist. She has great bedside manner. The rest of the staff is also knowledgeable and friendly.
The only thing that's unusual (in my experience), is that the exam rooms aren't rooms. It's essentially one big open space with cubical walls, so there's a lot of ambient sound. It's still fairly private and all

My husband and I have been coming here for years and we've been happy, but what I truly love is the way Dr. Chan interacts with our kids. Everything is explained to them, matter of fact, in a relaxed manner. No fear, and I don't think they even have the notion that a dental exam (or cavity filling) might be scary.

I've gone to Dr. Madison here for a couple of years and have always been thrilled. You can schedule with the same hygenist/DDS combo pretty easily and enjoy solid continuity of care. My wife also uses Dr. Madison and has had some minor work done and been very satisfied. They are flexible with appointments, accept most insurances, and have a great staff.

I've reluctantly had to leave this practice after a long-time professional relationship. The practice has degraded to the point that the office staff is unable to simply and clearly tell you how much a procedure will cost out of pocekt. Insurance paperwork is often filed late, not at all, or with incomplete or inaccurate information. This results in claim denials, delays in approvals (hence delays in treatments), and many patient hours spent trying to "clean things up." The office in general acts as though they aren't supposed to be advocates for their patients, saying only

Having been with the same dentist for 25 years, new insurance caused me to find a new dentist. I am a 47 year old squeamish woman, this was not going to be an easy task, for I have teeth that seem to be always needing something done. With this visit I needed a root canal/crown and 2 cavities needing fillings. I searched through the list that my insurance gave me and found plenty that just gave me that gut feeling to keep on looking. The person who answered the phone at Dr. Brudage's office was quite pleasant and my gut seem to say "this might be the right place". Well Dr. Brundage

I have never gone to another dentist, enough said. I have been going to see him since I have had teeth. And, I wouldn't go anywhere else. I have heard horror stories from other people. I have suggested to my close friends to see him for chipped teeth and they all still go to him.
I always feel good when I go there, no matter what the news is.

Can't believe I'm the first to review Dr. Brundage. It always seems like he (and his practice) are the dentist for everyone in Oak Park. I was always shocked to meet anyone in the village who DIDN'T go to Miles. If I was new to the area and looking for someone to take care of my teeth this would be the place. I live in the city now - on the far north side - and I still travel all the way out there to visit them twice a year.
