Found the dentist on the yelp, went to visit because my wisdom tooth was in pain and I couldn't wait for the specialist referral by my regular dentist. On my arrival, I showed the dentist the X-ray. She knew right away she couldn't handle it and needed to refer me to another specialist oral surgent. However, she still did some unnecessary treatments like taking another x-ray so she could file an insurance claim. Eventually, the visit cost me around $500 from my dental insurance annual quota which left me had to pay out of pocket for the specialist treatment.

Dr. Annie is a great dentist! I had a bad tooth ache and she saw me first thing Sunday morning, took x-rays and prescribed meds to help with infection and pain. Dr. Annie is very caring, takes time to listen to your concerns, and is wonderful with explaining what is happening. I never felt rushed while I was in the office. I highly recommend Dr. Annie to anyone looking for a dentist or if you have an emergency dental issue on the weekend!

Over the Thanksgiving Holiday weekend my husband got a Terrible toothache. We could not get help from his previous dentist and his face began to swell up pretty bad. Thankfully, we came across Annie and She was absolutely Amazing, kind and very Informative. She was able to take in my husband in as an Emergency and we are forever grateful and thankful for helping us out. Now my husband is finally getting some rest and recovering. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Annie. I had a dental emergency occur on Thanksgiving Day. The day after Thanksgiving I started calling around and Dr. Annie herself answered the call. She graciously agreed to see me, a new patient, and then proceeded to provide extremely efficient, honest, and excellent service. The office is easy to find, updated, with good parking. All of the equipment is state of the art. I decided to switch dentists on the spot. So thankful to have found this office.

Honestly THEE BEST Dentist in the Bay Area. Every time I have an emergency she is always there to help. She is seriously a life saver, her door is always welcome and her staff is always so nice. Dr. Annie was so kind to me during an emergency. She did amazing work and bent over backwards to make it as painless (physically and emotionally) as possible. She also helped my partner understand his options and space out the dental work he needed accordingly. We're heading back to her this year to finish what we need done before a big event!

Well this dentist is not open on sundays.... she didnt answer her phone, she didnt text back ... but she did get our missed calls and decides to turn off her phone because now all calls go to direct voicemail. Well dont waste your time, this office does not answer phone calls. All the reviews about her being compassionate is not likely. Very disappointed :(

I was looking for a good dentist, like I was panning, when suddenly, I found a precious stone on 365 South Redwood Avenue! I found high-tech equipment, a clean, cozy and very well-kept place. I also found a cohesive team, very well managed, attentive and competent - that made me very comfortable.

This is a review from a patient who did not come back after the first appointment. My three (or rather two point five) star review is focused on the Covid safety protocols, or lack thereof. On my first appointment, I waited with two other patients in the lobby, without being attended by anyone. So I called for attention as I was not sure of the check-in procedure. An assistant (who may have not been on-call during that hour) came without a mask (a big strike one). Today I strongly believe I found my for life dentist haha I've been in the hunt for awhile. I usually go to places that are close to home (like 5-10min drive due to kids) and not really look into their expertise. Well, that's about to stop. A few weeks back, my eight-year-old son (who was not a current patient of their practice) had a dental emergency after hours. Unfortunately, he is a child of trauma and requires special needs. OMG I love her!! I found this office looking for someone to fix my tooth fracture during covid. She picked up the call right away and said she just left but can go back in if it hurt and since it surprisingly did not I made an appointment for the following morning. She said to call her back at any time if it's painful.
Anyway the office is conveniently tucked in next to Santana Row and there's a parking lot spot for patients which is of course free of charge. I had no issues finding it with my GPS.
I'm usually tense at the dentist because I've had bad experiences before

Dr Annie Nguyen is wonderful! I ended up seeing her as an emergency patient, after I had a few teeth knocked back while rollerblading. She answered the phone late Friday evening, and saw me first thing on Saturday, and was able to splint my teeth so I could eat and sleep and generally function just fine.
Her office shared my records with me so I could pass them on to my local dentist, and he was delighted with the work she did. Wish I lived closer and could see her as my primary, she's very skilled, dedicated, and compassionate. Highly recommend if you are in the area!

We are currently in Shelter in place and my husband had excruciating teeth pain, where the pain was shooting down his back and up his neck.
Our normal dentist was closed and could only suggest we go to a minor injury clinic or emergency room.
Seeing my husband curled up in a ball, sweating and shivering in pain hurt my heart so much.

Spot on diagnosis and treatment when my daughter was in pain on a Saturday night. Dr Annie is clearly skilled and dedicated. Also she was friend and compassionate to help my daughter feel better. This review is four months overdue, and it's entirely my fault. Something about being out of pain and quickly forgetting who helped you get rid of that pain. Which brings me to Dr. Annie Nguyen. Back in late July 2019, I had a severe pain in one of my teeth. I thought I could take some pain meds and sleep it off, but around midnight it was unbearable. I had called Dr. Annie's office around that time, Which of course no one was there to pick up, but I left a message anyway not expecting much. At around 6:30 AM I get a call from Dr. Annie and she had offered to see me at 7 AM to help relieve

I went in to see the dentist because my gums were bleeding every time I brushed my teeth.
When I sat down for the cleaning Dr. Annie discovered 2 small cavities in my wisdome teeth. She was able to complete the deep cleaning and remove the 2 cavities in less than an hour. The best thing was that the entire process was pain free. it kinda felt like someone was tickling my mouth.
That same night I brushed my teeth and there was no bleeding. It's been a week since the cleaning and my gums have not blead once.
