I truly believe that I am in one of the best professions. As an orthodontist, I am extremely fortunate to work with many great people and work with them in a positive way that will affect them for the rest of their lives. I love what I do for many reasons. The main one is that I want to do the best for my patients to improve their smile, profile, and overall self-confidence.
The highlight of my day is seeing the look in someone's eyes after a smile transformation. Orthodontics is a group effort - our team and patients must work together to improve the alignment, smile, and bite. I have found that empowering our patients to have a vested interest in their teeth and treatment makes my work more enjoyable and fulfilling.
Orthodontics has been one of my lifelong passions, stemming from a desire to care for people and foster self-confidence in others. The relationships that I've formed with my patients are truly meaningful and fulfilling. I am grateful to be in a profession where I have the opportunity to use my background in science and art to transform peoples' smiles.
I love being an orthodontist! Everyday I'm at work, I get to use my hands and artistic skills to improve my patients' health and help them feel better about themselves. I cherish the bonds that I form with my patients as we work towards a common goal. Dr. Kai and Dr. Kim are absolutely amazing. Same goes for the entire staff. Everyone is super helpful and very friendly. I couldn't ask for a better experience. One thing I'd like to note is that I was rejected by multiple doctors prior to visiting Dr. Kai and I was lost and filled with hopelessness but Dr Kai and Dr Kim descended from the heavens to save me from despair with such warmth and care. Jokes aside, very happy with the results if you're struggling to find an orthodontist look no further and book an appointment.

The best service to the most problematic patient, yours truly. Kai Orthodontist answered all my questions and concern before the procedure. They held my hands throughout the whole process and they are very thorough with what they do. If I had to fix my grill again (hopefully not) I will go back to Kai orthodontist no questions ask.

Both of my boys had major underbites. Kai orthodontics was recommended by our dentist and I'm so happy we went to them. Both of them needed braces ASAP, Kai set up a plan and a payment plan to get us going. My youngest got his braces off today (May need a second set as his other teeth come in) and my oldest is on track to get them off shortly. Thank you so much! The office staff, assistants and doctor are amazing!!!!

Very nice office, clean and modern. Staff very nice, as well as Dr Kai. Appointments go smoothly and run on time. They try to work with my schedule as much as possible and I really appreciate it. I do wish they had limited hours on weekend or later weekday times. I did get a consultation from another orthodontist, but my dentist strongly insisted I see Dr Kai for my issues. Dr Kai is coordinating my care with my oral surgeon. I'm looking forward to the end result. FYI, not the cheapest place. You get what you pay for.

All 3 of my children are patients of Dr. Marcus Kai...he is amazing! Always explains everything to me after he has spoken to my children, his patients. The whole staff there is very welcoming and friendly! They are also very accommodating especially when we need to come in last minute due to a broken wire, more rubber bands or even a lost retainer...we always know we will be taken care of! I highly recommend them!

I had a great experience with them using Invisalign. Price was very reasonable. They were very patient and honest during the consulting process. Appointments were always smooth. More of the clients are children but I did see adult patients like myself there. They have a great electronic appointment system that makes the process easy. Staff is really nice and fun to talk to. The office is very comfortable and they have free water in the waiting room. Parking is easy. Dr. Kai is really good and very patient when explaining things. All in all, I am really happy I chose them.

Dr. Marcus and his staff are truly amazing! Dr. Marcus is extremely thorough and you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. His staff are friendly and provide exceptional service. It seems like they see a lot of Japanese patients because one of the receptionists speaks Japanese. The office is beautiful, clean, with up to date technology. They have a scanner that scans your teeth, so you don't have to worry about taking those gooey impressions. I would highly recommend Dr. Marcus if you are looking for a great, kind, and fantastic orthodontist who will give you an amazing smile

Dr. Marcus Kai and all of his staff have been great for the last 2.5 years! Dr. Marcus gave me two options for my teeth; one that would be to just straighten my teeth or one that included surgery to correct my overbite also. I went with the surgery option. He and his staff coordinated with the oral surgeon very well, making it so that I just had to show up and all parties knew very clearly what the game plan was. He was always very clear about what he was doing with my teeth and was always willing to answer any questions I had without making me feel like I was being a pain in the butt. Haha. All

Hmm... what kind I say about Dr. Kai and De. Kim, they really know how to take care of their patients. I've been coming here for a couple of years now every time I come In they make feel relaxed and feeling good. They take their client care to the next level, from their staffs in the front to their techs in the back, everyone does a fabulous job. What more can I say about them, I recommend anyone who got some busted down teeth or some crooked smile and you trying to come out feeling like new you then come here and you won't be disappointed!

I just had my braces removed today. My smile looks great. The orthodontic work was not a simple job, missing some teeth and bone structure. It would take a lot more time, many adjustments had to be done during my treatment but it was well worth the time and money spent. Anyone thinking about improving their smile should highly consider going to Kai Orthodontics.Thank you to Dr. Kenneth Kai and staff. You're the best!

I have been doing invisalign with Dr. Kai for the last year and a half or so and am so so happy with my experience. My smile looks 100 times better and i am astonished every time i look in the mirror at how straight my teeth are. I'm finishing up my invisalign series and have to say, I'm totally getting my money's worth with Dr. Kai and his staff. They're very well organized, always on time, very fast and efficient and focused on detail and quality. They're great about scheduling and communication, and I always feel important, remembered and know what to expect with the whole process. No regrets going to Dr. Kai. He was recommended by my dentist cousin for my daughter and niece. His clinic is state of the art and Dr. Kai is very abreast with the latest orthodontic technology. The clinic staff and assistants are all corteous and professional. Because of our great experience with him taking care of my daughter's teeth in braces for more than two years, we also highly recommend him. I believe Dr. Kai comes from a family of orthodentists/dentists.

So I am visiting from out of town and my daughter forgot the rubber bands for her braces which could mess up her ortho treatment so desperately I called Dr. Kai's office for help they were extremely helpful and let me come in and pick up a pack of rubber bands I am beyond grateful what an amazing staff and Doctor !

I have to say after my initial visit to Kai Orthodontics, I was really impressed by the service and technology of their office. The staff is extremely personable, friendly and always smiling and their equipment is very cutting edge. The check in monitor was really cool and the X-ray machines were something out of a futuristic sci-fi movie.

Society has created a stigma where a normal human being should have a phobia of dentists. Unfortunately, my orthodontist experience as an adolescent fit this haunting reputation.
