Services
SANDRA POULAND REAL ESTATE AGENCY began in 1969. Through the years I have been helping buyers and sellers in Angelina County with their real estate needs and blessed by living in, "The Wood Capital of the South". Diboll is a beautiful, progressive civic-minded community located in the heart of the piney woods of East Texas.
Exceptional real estate professional who paid attention to details and will provide an honest, knowledgeable insight to the specific property under consideration I received very prompt replies to my questions. The most impressive quality of Mrs. Pouland is her ability to listen and understand the needs of her client.
With over 30 years of experience as a broker, Sandra Pouland has been helping clients with their real estate needs, whether buying or selling residential property, commercial property, as well as lots, land, or rentals. Where do I start? Buying a home is an exciting proposition. For most people, it's not an impulse decision.
John Powers and his wife Mable (Nivens) who both grew up in Diboll have recently returned from Wichita Falls where John attended a reunion for the Survivors of Iwo Jima during World War II. It was 69 years ago that 17-year-old John Powers was part of the invasion of Iwo Jima. During that time 6,830 people were killed and 18, 800 were wounded.
The past events have seen improvements made on 88 homes with over 1400 volunteers participating. Once again, the Diboll Civic Club need volunteers to work at the job sites, along with providing tools, preparing food and making building material and monetary donations.

Nomination forms for homes needing attention are available from Trey Wilkerson 637-3418, Diboll City Hall, Diboll Christian Outreach, Diboll Housing Authority and TLL Temple Memorial Library.Stay informed on Operation Clean-Sweep through the Free Press and the Facebook page "Diboll Civic Club" and the Facebook Event "Operation Clean-Sweep 2015.
