Absolutely horrible experience. They are totally dishonest. I subleased, completing all applicable paper work. I was told I would receive my deposit back at the end of my original lease end date. I never received my deposit. I would not recommend leasing, selling, or any other relationship with this company. Additionally, the apartment was not in compliance with fire regulations (no working fire alarm) and all security fencing was falling down.
