My name is Cara and I am the owner of Ribbon and Twine Floral. Specializing in wedding and event flowers and decor, and offering one-of-a-kind arrangements for local delivery, R & T is a full-service design company serving the entire state of Oregon and beyond. I love to create art through flowers with a focus on unique color combinations, elegant seasonal blooms and textural elements.
We believe that flowers are a key component to making a lasting impact. Using only the freshest product, we use color and texture to create designs that are both unique and on-trend while also being timeless and elegant. We have an extensive inventory of rental and for purchase items including a variety of vases, candleholders, lanterns, arches, pedestals and more for a complete look from start to finish.

From the state of New York, Ribbon & Twine helped me order and deliver a floral arrangement plus chocolate and a note to our Granddaughter’s door for her 21st birthday. “Stunning” was our Granddaughter’s description upon receiving it! Ribbon & Twine was professional yet personal and caring with my budget-minded order and sent me a photo and description of my floral gift upon delivery. I highly recommend Ribbon and Twine Floral. Cara was so easy to work with, really listened to me, and helped me stay in my budget. My flowers were absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I asked for. I got rosemary and lavender bootineers for the groosmen, lovely small bouquets for my bridesmaids, a beautiful medium bouquet for myself, and simple greenery on our tables. Everything was absolutely perfect!

Ribbon & Twine provided our flowers for our wedding on 10/23/21 and they were BEAUTIFUL! Cara was so easy to work with from the start and made our process so seamless. I just recently used Ribbon & Twine's fresh flower delivery services to send an arrangement to a friend on her birthday and I was blow away by how beautiful it was! I went for the designer's choice option and it was stunning! Cara is a very talented designer and so easy to work with. I let her know some of my friend's favorite colors and she made sure to work those into the design. Ribbon & Twine is my new go to spot for flower delivery in Portland for sure!

I have never given an online review before, but I felt compelled to write this after Ribbon & Twine delivered the most stunning wedding bouquet I've ever seen to my sister and her new husband on the day of their civil ceremony. More times than not, I find flower arrangements to be underwhelming and generic, but this arrangement was breathtakingly elegant, masterfully crafted, and had real poetry to it. A true work of art.
