Pinnacle Performance and Fitness, where busy professionals and hardworking parents choose to work out. We offer efficient and effective workouts tailored to the goals and needs of each client. We are not your typical gym. We only offer group, semi-private and 1-1 personal training. Most of our clients have come to us for a specific reason, whether it is weight loss or recovering from an injury.
30-Minute At-Home and In-Person Total Body Strength and Metabolic training workouts for busy adults who don't have time to workout, but know that they need to. These workouts are designed to help our clients burn a ton of calories, build strength, reduce their chances of getting injured and do so in the gym or in the comfort of their own homes.

Adam is a great coach and truly interested in your health! I love the classes and know I’m getting the best work out! Personal training in a class atmosphere— people are fun and the workouts are challenging enough to keep me in shape — but not too challenging!

Pinnacle is a great place for strength training and cardio packed into efficient daily workouts in a small group setting. Trainers are consistent with pre-workout stretching and core exercises to ensure you don’t hurt yourself. All exercises can be modified to fit your fitness level! This is the gym for you if you are serious about getting healthy and having more energy!

The 28 day & 6-wk challenges improved my nutrition in ways I wouldn’t have done on my own. The accountability & online checkins helped so much! I’m down 7lbs in 28 days with cheat meals included! The workouts are fast, 30-45min 2-6x/ wk. Small group training feels like personal training! Workouts are planned, purposeful, leveled for all abilities, and safe! The coaches are very educated and experienced. As an Army family, we’ve lived & trained all over and have never experienced anything this awesome. Locally owned, invested in the community and making Corpus healthy. What’s not to love

I found this amazing fitness center on FB and decided to do the 6 week challenge they were offering. I just completed the 6 weeks and I had such a wonderful experience with training and guidance throughout the time I joined to continue with my progress as I feel so much better and I am doing something good for me. Everyone is so supportive and truly care about you. Love it!

It's a short enjoyable and fun workout. Only last 30 minutes increases your muscle and core strength and is designed to increase your metabolism up to 3 days after the workout

Adam was great. We went through a functional movement test and we identified weaknesses, imbalances, and areas where I was compensating. He gave me several exercises and stretches to help me become more mobile, strong, and fit. Come here for a personal touch from someone knowledgeable and experienced in the area of personal fitness and performance!
