Hi my name is Jeff Paluseo and my passion is physical fitness and sports. This section is to tell you about me and to share with you the philosophy of our web site. I believe that when we are healthy and fit all things are possible; and this is especially true in sports. It's our goal with this web site to help you enjoy your sport more, by providing you with all of the tools, guidance, and resources you need to reach your sports fitness goals.
We developed Sports Fitness Solutions because we love sports; and because we are passionate about fitness. We believe strongly that to be the best you can be in your favorite sport, in addition to skill, you need the strength and conditioning to allow you to perform at your highest level. Vince Lombardi, the great Green Bay Packers coach, said it best when he told his team, "fatigue makes cowards of us all."
An important part of fitness is a healthy diet, base upon great recipes featuring healthy ingredients and moderate sized portions. I know most of you are thinking well that's no fun. Well I'm here to tell you it can. No one enjoys great food more than me; but I've learned that you can eat great nutritious meals and not give up flavor.
When I first met Jeff & Dave Paluseo of Sports Fitness Solutions, I must admit I was a bit skeptical about working out in the office without gym equipment or weights. Was I ever wrong? Each session lasted an hour and each week I learned a few basic moves (coupled with repetition) and before I knew it, I was getting stronger and my stamina was increasing.
A New Facility Build has begun. Sports Fitness Solutions is growing and now you can watch our progress. Thanks to the great support of our entire Sports Fitness Solutions Family, we've grown so large in number that it's time for us to move to a bigger and better facility. Can you believe it? We're excited about our growth and our move; and we thought it would be fun to share with you pictures of the progress of our build.

I train with Rebecca and she is AMAZING. I have struggled with my weight my whole life and not only has she been helping me to lose inches in just months but she is an amazing motivator and the whole vibe in this place is just very positive and upbeat. I am excited to keep moving forward with losing weight and gaining strength. I also love that I never feel judged when I come here which I know from my personal experience is something that a lot of overweight people are very scared of when going to any type of fitness based business. Local gym w/semi private training. I started training w/Rebecca a little over a year ago. I had back aches, which are no more. Due to my schedule change, I now train w/Tico, they are both amazing!
They work with any issues you may have, focus on stretches and work you up to a weight. If you cannot do a certain move, they work around it, to strengthen that muscle through another movement. Great gym, friendly staff, great workouts.
