Lisa captured wonderful photos of us and our dogs on the North Shore and at Mellon Park. She was very responsive to our initial request and all follow-up communications, and she took the time to get to know our goals for the shoot and type of photos we were looking for. Lisa provided great recommendations and tips for colors/clothing to wear for the day. She was also incredibly accommodating to a late schedule change to earlier in the day due to the Pitt game being scheduled during our original time slot, which would have made for a lot more traffic on the North Shore. We loved working with Lisa

Lisa took amazing photos of my puppy and me. Not only am I happy with her photography skills, but she is very accommodating and flexible as well when it comes to booking. I canceled and rescheduled my original appointment, as well as changed the type of package and the session duration, and she was able to accommodate everything. I've attached a sample photo with just my puppy from our session.

Wow! Lisa just gets better and better! We used her last year for our family pictures and we were so impressed that we used her again this year. She made us so comfortable, she brought props for our dog, she remembered details about our family, and she even calmed me down when I had a mini panic attack! Talk about amazing! It rained AND hailed during our appointment and she STILL got these awesome shots! Lisa is just phenomenal. I wish I could give her 10 stars! She is the BEST! Lisa was our wedding photographer and I cannot recommend her highly enough for any event you may be planning. Lisa's talent shines through in every photo. She took so much time and care before the wedding to make sure she was ready to capture all of the moments from the bridal suite to the end of the reception. Top of the line professional, so easy to coordinate the details with, a truly calming presence in the midst of the chaos of planning a wedding during a pandemic. I was interested in booking a photography session so I could have keepsake photos with my senior dog. I contacted several photographers but ultimately booked through Lisa because her public photo galleries were beautiful, she quickly and clearly responded to my inquiry, and the photo session expectations and pricing structure were transparent. I had a great experience with Lisa West. She is extremely talented in photography and editing. I asked her to take photos of my two kittens in the spring of 2018 and they came out perfectly! I would take pictures of my cats with my phone all the time, but I really wanted a professional to take some pictures and just capture the essence of how cute and meaningful they are to me. Unlike phone pictures, they have a great background, are not blurry, and the pictures capture the entire kittens' bodies. Lisa was so gentle and approachable with the kittens and they took to liking her and playing

We had the pleasure of working with Lisa for a commercial photo shoot in October. She used my dog, Cooper (a 1-year-old, Aussie with a very strong puppy temperament), and blew me away with her professionalism. She was so prepared and excited to work with Cooper, despite my hesitation of how he'll preform, considering how young and inexperienced he is. Lisa was completely accommodating and had copious amounts of treats and toys to gain Cooper's attention.
