Arrogant, condescending treatment by the pharmacy manager has caused me to change all my scripts to a different pharmacy. I refuse to condone this businesses horrible customer service and rude attitude with further custom.
Stop treating your customers as if you were doing them a favor by failing to fill scripts, failing to contact the customer about it, and failing to answer for these failings in a professional or courteous manner.

They have no sense of respect or customer service. Here is why. I came in today and there were at least 12 workers in there, 2 people in the area with the robot and the others behind the main counter. My son and I walked in and stood at the drop off window for quite a few minutes with no one acknowledging my presence. They never spoke or anything. One guy was eating pizza at the island behind the counter, about 3 people were at the front counter area, and the rest closer to the back possibly filling prescriptions. Multiple people looked at me and walked past the drop off area and front counter

I contacted them early this morning asked if my Medication was in. I was told they would be ready after 12pm. I can not drive so I had to find someone to pickup. they were told they would be in tomorrow. When I got someone to pick them up for me.I called three times. All three times I’m put on hold and no one comes back. It’s been another 11 minutes while I’m trying to type this still on hold.Now someone came to phone saying they do not have it it’s on back order. I wouldn’t have sent someone to pick it up if I was told that the first time. This is my 3rd time using this pharmacy and

I see a lot of good reviews here, but unfortunately that was not my experience. I switched to this pharmacy because I wanted to support local businesses. After my doctor sent over a prescription, this was my experience. I called, and was on hold over 10 minutes. Then, when I got through to a very apathetic=sounding employee, he told me they were out of my (very common) prescription. After I complained, they all of a sudden were able to find it. They said my cost was $20. I went to pick it up that afternoon, and then they said the cost was $1, but I wish they had gotten it right in the first place
