While in a bend to find a last minute covid test before the holidays this pharmacy helped! I called and received great service initially and was delighted to go. However, upon arrival the person (different person) who answered the phone was pretty rude. While I think he was busy and frustrated he could barely hear me (I did have two mask on and I have congestion), I was not expecting this. I got frustrated back. The person who delivered me my test didn’t even greet me but a simple “here”. Very odd as the other staff member was INCREDIBLE. Still overall great experience due to the original

My family switched to Durham Pharmacy a few years ago - what a good decision! Prescriptions are filled quickly and accurately and the pharmacist is always happy to answer any questions about our medications. He communicates with medical providers and insurance companies to keep our prescription expenses as low as possible. Staff members are always friendly and helpful, and they provide free delivery to my mother’s senior community. It’s also my go-to place for shots, including Covid. I’m happy to support this excellent local business.

I couldn't be happier with this pharmacy. They have literally saved me hundreds of dollars by being on the lookout for savings opportunities and regularly messaging my doctor's to make prescription changes that will allow for the savings. They're great communicators, willing to deliver for no charge, and are always gracious to their customers. They've proven that going with a smaller local pharmacy really does pay off.

The absolute BEST pharmacy EVER!! Sree whom is the pharmacist there literally goes out of his way to accommodate each and every person that walks through that door. I don't have insurance, and Sree gives me the best prices, and he also will beat any other price. I am so happy to have found a business that actually cares, and doesn't JUST look at me as a paycheck. Thank you Durham Pharmacy for being AWESOME!!!

This pharmacy is simply the best. They couldn't fill a script for me, but gave me name of company who makes the medication.
It is not on many formularies, so I have to pay out of pocket.
$375.00, which I can't afford.
So i took his advice and contacted the company. Just today, 12/5/19
I received a 6 month supply for FREE.
Could not have done this had the pharmacist given me this information, They are very concerned with your health. Could not be happier.

Talk about great costumer service!! I was having an issue with a complex prescription I needed and my regular pharmacy was giving me a tough time about it. I decided to try Durham Pharmacy since I drive by it all the time and am a huge fan of small local business. Sree was unbelievably helpful and contacted my doctor for me to take care of the issue. He really wanted to make the situation effortless for me, and I was extremely appreciative. I'll definitely be switching pharmacies! Such a pleasant experience.
