Update: I've bumped up my review to 3 stars from 1 because things have turned around since then and they have been good with answering requests now. We do love living here because it's safe and quiet (besides me being chased by someone's dog twice in one night and luckily I wasn't carrying my 3 small babies),but our experience would be perfect if the office staff was better at communicating and if they work on their empathy and concern with people, not sounding like they want to rush off the phone. Other than that, we love living here because it's very quiet and peaceful. We've lived here almost

I don’t want to put any star but have to. This Christmas weekend we had to go without maintenance and I had a emergency on a breaker box that was shorting out and had burned the box and shutting down our lights and no one would and a call to look or fix until they returned to work and called a emergency electrician to fix the problem. I had to go 5 days with this problem. Just lucky we did not have a fire. Could not cook because the lights would shut down

On 11/04/2021 I went and toured Cedar Ridge property . A upon arrival the outside was very clean and maintained . When I entered the leasing office I was greeted by the leasing agent Ashton who was very warm and inviting . She provided me with all the information that I need and walked me through every step of the application process. She took me to tour the apartment and I was very happy with what in saw . My overall had an amazing experience and will definitely be applying .

Don’t know how these apartments even have 4 stars!! Worse apartments ever, they don’t fix anything you have to constantly bug and annoy them. Water was leaking from the upstairs, our ac broke and they didn’t show up till 3 days later!!! THREE DAYS LATER! Don’t move in here, almost everyone in the apt complex are having the same issue.

This property is unorganized and unprofessional.
They never pick up the phone .
Tried applying for an apartment and every time I’d call back i would get different answers based on who i was talking to and that’s after calling three times in a row to get someone to pick up.
A joke .
Oh and over priced .
1150 for a 632 sq foot apartment?
I’d rather get a luxury unit.

I am very sad I moved here. I also moved into an unfinished apartment back in April and I reported what needed to be fixed that day. Well here we are end of July and I don't have a closet door, there's holes in my bathroom wall where they replaced the toilet paper holder, theres some kind of greasy spray stains on a lot of my walls, the dryer outlet isn't enough voltage to my dryer so I have been having to hang dry my clothes the last month. I had to change the light bulb in my kitchen because I knew they wouldn't come and I was cooking in the dark. This isn't that big of a complex to not have

This is the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in. They said unit was ready to move in! Well it wasn't. The dishwasher didn't work, 2 handles were missing off the stove, there was a hole behind the toilet that they put masking tape over and painted the tape. The bugs were horrible in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Then the toilet kept stopping up and they couldn't fix it they gave me a key to use the restroom in another unit that wasn't even close to mine. Then they said they would refund my whole June rent and only gave me half. Do not move here or trust anything they say!

The management staff at Cedar Ridge makes finding an apartment and moving in very easy. This has to be one of the cleanest properties I have ever seen. The office staff is very quick on anything you need and then make your concerns top priority. I am really glad we made the decision to make our home here.

I cleaned out my things, swept and vacuumed the floors, and returned the keys to my unit on the final day of the lease...and received a bill for $365 in "cleaning fees and late rent"? The invoice included $25 for a dirty toilet, $25 for each cabinet and counter top, and $75 to have the carpet cleaned (see photos of "damages").
I'm no saint, so I accept that the apartment was not spotless, but $365 for a 1-bedroom space seemed excessive. I called the office and asked if I could speak to a manager about my charges and was told to "take it up with collections."
It's my fault for signing the lease
