Cobblestone Court Apartments

It's an average apartment rental company so don't expect excellent customer service or a great user experience. Maintenance was weird because they sometimes did half the job and never came to finish or weren't transparent about the duration of repairs. The biggest irritation was the owner who would sometimes show up to calls and bring up personal issues with tenants. They pay rent for that living space and don't require anything extra out of you. Parking can also be a pain because they'll text you the day of to move your car to get plowed, you'll get added to a text chain so that gets annoying

Historic St. Paul charm for an affordable price! Beautiful neighborhoods, well maintained apartments and buildings (hence the name). Cozy in the winter and fun places in the area to visit in the summer. Maintenance and property management is timely in responses and nice. Quick to plow and shovel in the tough Minnesota winters.

I've lived in two different Well Maintained Apartment properties over the last 5 years and never had any issues with either place. I lived in their Dunlap Street South apartment and the units are gorgeous with full wood flooring and gas ovens. Even though St. Paul has had a few hikes in cost of living, my rent year over year has never gone up more than $50 a year. Both buildings were clean and safe, with friendly neighbors.

The apartment we lived in was maintained, if you are thinking of well maintained as in updated everything this is not the place for you. I can say this, it wasn’t falling apart and they would come fix things rather quickly. Upon moving in we noticed the apartment was very dirty so my roommates and I scrubbed this place going through buckets and buckets of soapy water that kept turning brown. We went through an estimated 15-20 buckets of soapy water to finally get the apartment clean.

Extremely rude and does not give notice when entering apartments or plowing parking lot.
Bangs on the paper thin doors like he does not know how cheap they are.
Does not keep building in good physical state.
Gutters have been overflowing and filled with debris for the entire 3 years I have lived here. Causing mass flooding around "garden level" windows and lots and lots of ice in the winter.
Hand rail coming down the back steps broke 2 years ago and has yet to be replaced...always exciting.

I had a very favorable experience renting from Well Maintained Apartments from the quality of the rental unit to the service from Mark and Amy. I lived in one of their properties for 3 years and did not have an interaction that was not positive.
As with all rental units, everywhere, there were some minor maintenance issues but they were repaired professionally and promptly. I was given notice before and after the repairs.
I have recently moved to be closer to family but the first thing that I did was check to see if Well Maintained had any properties in the area I was moving to. If I move back

I lived in the Virginia St. building for about 2 years and never had any issues. Very peaceful and quiet area and all neighbors there are friendly and respectful. We never felt unsafe. Building owner never got in our business and he was quick to respond to calls/texts. He is very easy to work with. Attention to details around the building made summer months enjoyable. excellent landscaping and maintenance. If you want to live right next to selby ave. then this is a great place to rent! Rented from here for awhile. Mark and Amy are not very pleasant or easy to deal with. Mark would constantly knock on everyone's door on a weekly basis to bother them about trivial things. No other landlord has ever been that way in my experiences, but I wouldn't call Mark a landlord. More like a slum lord. Calling the company "Well Maintained Apartments" is a joke in itself. I have rented from Well Maintained Apartments for over 2 years now and it has been a pleasure. Not only are the apartments clean and nicely maintained in good buildings they are a good value. The management team clearly takes pride in their units and the screening process for renters. Every neighbor I have encountered in either of the two buildings is cheerful and pleasant and I feel completely at ease in my home.
When I was last looking for an apartment I looked at a number of units in larger complexes and found them to be more expensive, run down and frankly the other residents a bit sketchy

We have had a very positive experience renting from Well Maintained, we have lived here for over 4 years and love our place. We have had the usual little maintenance issues that are common in any older apartment such as an older oven that needed to be replaced and a bathroom issue and they have been repaired quickly.
