Dr. Nguyen interests include weightlifting, boxing, and wrestling and is the assistant wrestling coach at Malden Catholic High School. Dr. Nguyen also enjoys traveling and trying new cuisines. First off when it comes to the dentist I am a big baby, But I have had 2 appointments recently and I am honestly very pleased.

I had a really bad experience with Malden Dentistry and Braces.
1) They never checked my insurance to see what is allowed and not allowed. I received a $400 bill afterwards, which was totally unexpected for a regular cleaning. They said, well the insurance company didn't allow for routine x-ray and now you're responsible for that. In turns out, they never even checked with the insurance company, contrary to what they claimed.
2) During my last two visits, the dentist was not even present. Apparently, the dentist is always vacationing somewhere. I was never told about this ahead of time. Instead

All family ( me, my wife and our 3 kids) are very happy with the work as dentist no complaints just one issue that it's bothering me witch is: i don't understand why the front desk doesn't call a day befor or text the patient to remind him by the appointment day and time and even if they did call, the call will be on the same day of the appointment.
And when you call they don't pick up the phone, i tied to call 7 times no answers and when i went to the office the reason was bigger tben the problem they told me they been in lunch time (no one cover !!!!😞😞)
I hope to fix this little matter
