Update: We were able to save $50,000 in repairs after negotiating with the seller on our transaction. Def worth it! Will use OIC in the future!

Great experience for my commercial building purchase! Attila was very detailed and knowledgeable with prompt and immediately responses. His reports included blueprints from the city to evaluate water drainage systems, five year cost projections for future repairs, bids from companies with invoice details for replacement and repairs, and explained report results with the seller and myself.

Atilla provided great service for the commercial property. The report was very good and give a lot of details and estimate cost to repair the issues, not just short term ( immediate need ) but long term repair.

Atilla provided great overall service. He was able to accommodate a tight schedule by making time for the inspection in 3 days and turned the 50 page report back within a week. The report was very thorough as was the walk through. He pointed out all the immediate needs, short term and long for repairs including cost estimates which during negotiations saved tens of thousands of dollar through his finding. Highly recommend.

Attila handles residential property inspections for rural properties diligently. He comes out to many different locations in the Northwest, including the Vernonia area. He uses a sewer cam for all types of applications including investigating crawl spaces. Ask him any question and he'll give you an accurate explanation for wood rot, structural, and environmental issues of the property. 5/5, I will hire him again in the future because he's helped me avoid making the wrong decision with his inspection report.

Our inspector (Attila) arrived promptly at my hotel property. He completed a very thorough inspection and answered all of my questions. He knew an extensive amount about the commercial building. He had all his tools to test anything that was going to cost me a lot of money in the future. he schedule me in quickly and promptly and estimate inquires quickly.
