They were very helpful, knowledgeable, and very professional. They answered all my questions I had regarding my house plans. Acknowledged all of my ideas and concerns. HD Engineering & Design said to expect our plans back in about 14 business days and I received them back in 10!! Sometimes they did not get right back to me when I called, but they always called or emailed me back as soon as they had a chance.

Worked with John and team for a design for a garage expansion at my parents house. The design looked top notch and had everything we had at a reasonable price point. We ended up having to go another direction unfortunately they discovered a silly zoning regulations that would have made the project too expensive to be feasible and we had to go another direction. That said throughout the entire process, even after we had indicated we would not be moving forward, they were responsive, straightforward, and friendly. I fully intend to utilize them again if the need arises.

If you are looking for a professional company, one that returns phone calls, one that cares about your project, one that follows through on what they say, great office staff, also one that listens to your needs, and lastly one that makes you feel good about doing business with them. Well you had better look elsewhere. Do not use this company unless you want a real headache. There is a part owner named John (worthless)
