These guys are capable of doing small jobs, but not the big ones. Just make sure you check in while they're working to make sure they are doing the work right and not taking shortcuts. I noticed a couple flaws during the job and I had to correct them. Its ok to ask question to make sure you get what you paid for.

I sincerely feel like I should give credit where credit is deserved. I had what to me was a big dilemma. My neighbor works for Norms Plumbing which is why I called them. Not to mention they have great reviews already. This company from the very first person who answered the phone was so nice! They had someone out the next day for a free quote to install a soft water system in a finished basement. I don't necessarily think this is normal, but they were able to fit me in the next day to do the work! They were so nice, and friendly and explained everything to me. Thank you Norm’s they came to the rescue after a month and a half of dealing with a plumber from Rentmeister that didn’t know what he was doing. Our hot water heater was going out and rentmeister wouldn’t replace it, they claimed we needed other work done and when we did the other work it still didn’t fix it. We finally got norm’s to come out - I had to get approval from our home appliance insurance company, but they came out in one day and replaced our hot water heater!!! Professional, experienced dudes that were kind and worked quickly! In and out in under 1.5 hours - and they did it
