Our practice is small by design. It is made of three seasoned acupuncturists and an integrative M.D. who are masters in their areas of specialization. Franco and Jonah are pain experts. Jeannie specializes in women's health, digestive health and auto-immune support. Harry is a family doctor who brings functional medicine and medical cannabis into the mix.

"Magic is just science that we don't understand yet". By that definition, Jonah and Franco are magicians.
I have tried every bit of science to cope with an insane amount of chronic pain that have been torturing my body for years (neck, shoulder, back, hips, leg). I have tried chiropractors, acupuncturists, osteopaths, deep tissue massage therapists, orthopedic shoes... Best case scenario I have some relief for a few days (or weeks if I'm lucky). Usually it has been a pure and simple waist of time and money, and oftentimes it caused me more pain than before.

I (also) feel beyond lucky to have found the SF Acupuncture Group. After years of constant neck & shoulder pain and the recommendation for extensive surgery from two neurosurgeons, I began to settle for a life of pain and suffering. Months of PT and weekly dry needling sessions with Jonah have unequivocally changed my life. I have little to no pain, increased mobility in my neck, and less weakness/shakiness in my arms and hands. Jeannie Bianchi - I would give her 6 stars if it was an option. She has helped me resolve two different health issues which have been chronic for the past several years (GI and sinus). I've seen two GI specialists and a health coach, with zero positive impact, until now.
After two weeks working with Jeannie and following her advice on some minor lifestyle changes - I saw major improvement! Life altering improvements. (I'm going to skip details since we're talking about GI, after all)

I feel lucky to have found the San Francisco Acupuncture Group. My body sometimes hurts from many years of playing competitive sports and the daily grind of having a desk job. Acupuncture has not been what I expected, but given me more than I expected. I have found my sessions with Jonah restorative for the body and mind. It is a path to wellness that I hope more find.

I have been going to SF Acupuncture Group for six months and it has been a wonderful experience. I have been seeing Jonah and he has made a tremendously positive impact on my health, through a very sophisticated use of acupuncture combined with herbal and dietary recommendations. I have found Jonah's approach to be well thought out and effective, and he takes ample time to both listen to what's going on with me and explain his treatment plan. I go to SF Acupuncture Group weekly and want to make sure to emphasize how great the staff is and how acupuncture has transformed my life in a positive way. I used to go to chinese acupuncture institutions and found that there was a major language barrier as well as a feeling of not knowing the benefits of what they were doing. Jonah is very knowledgeable and takes a 3 pronged approach to acupuncture with me. We talk about nutrition, exercise, and supplements and the result is unbelievable!

After acupuncture was suggested to treat some adrenal/anxiety issues I had about three years ago I tried a more bare bones acupuncture office closer to where I live and the experience shook me up more than I was already. A friend recommended I go see Franco at San Francisco Acupuncture Group and I am so glad I did. Their clinic is peaceful and comforting and the city and bay views from the rooms on the outside of the building are pretty amazing. Franco has a gentle approach for people who are nervous about starting acupuncture. He always explains what he is doing and why. Plus he's just a caring

Mario Gallina is an extremely knowledgeable healer in the arts of Traditional Chinese Medicine. I came to Mario after dislocating my knee, and I had a lot of swelling, pain, and weakness in my muscles. Mario put me on a regimen of Chinese herbs that brought the swelling and pain down DRAMATICALLY so my knee could begin healing naturally. I'll be able to walk down the aisle at my wedding (!!!) thanks to Mario's excellent care. This isn't the first time he's helped me out, either.
In only a few visits, he has straightened out my chronic cough with an amazing cough syrup, and he helped my torn ligaments
