Willow Lakes apartments is a peaceful place to live at. The rent is affordable. There is a duck pond that is peaceful. Besides that, be careful because my family members car was stolen in front of her own lot. So I hope they will put in some cameras so there will be more security. Besides that, it is a nice place to live.

Wish I would've checked yelp before moving in. Love the apartment but I've honestly never seen such high utilities. Work orders are addressed but not completed. Paying for water per building and our building has two water spickets running, NOT dripping, RUNNING out of them. Brought to their attention 3 times and water bill was $100 for two of us in a two bedroom. Expect to pay a LOT of money on top of rent. I wasn't even told there'd be a water bill until Day I signed lease and then she told me it would never be more than $50 and here I am with $100 bill. Residents are nice

Rented for a few months because of job relocation. Lori the apartment manager is very friendly and kind and responded to any needs at a timely manner. However the maintenance needs I addressed took a little longer to get fixed, but this could be due to being in the middle of nowhere. Overall, my short stay was pleasant. Neighbors were friendly. Quiet at night.

First of all, after living at Willow Lakes for 7 months, My family has found this apartment complex to be the worst experience ever. Safety is not taken seriously by the management staff. Management is unprofessional. They do not know how to manage a property, understand their own leases and how to follow them, and definitely don't care about the tenants needs. We made several requests to have repairs done and it took the staff weeks to get to it. Not only did we have issues with requests, but there were insect infestations throughout the complex and they never took care of it. We would not recommend

I lived in this complex from Feb 06 to Oct 06. We signed a 6 month lease and when we first moved in we were so excited!! Beautiful townhouse, not far from anything. Laundry, post office, pool, play area. All right there. Amazing lawn service, friendly neighbors and a very quite area. Anyway, the trouble did not begin until into the summer, July to be exact. That summer was horrendous, triple digit heat waves that lasted weeks, even at night. My dog was busting out the screen windows to try to find cooler air outside. We were absolutely miserable. Noticed the AC unit just wasn't hacking it

Avoid at all costs. We signed a year contract for a unit that was in decent condition. I contacted gas, electric, DTV, Internet, movers, etc.... to set up that unit to be ready ASAP. I had asked to get the keys so I could clean it before everything was set up and I was told that unit was rented to someone else. I showed my paper work with a receipt for the first & last months rent for that unit number and they said oh well, they have other empty units. I was shown 5 other units in the quiet area, and they were trashed. From carpet covered in animal feces(cat/dog), food/drink stains, rat/mouse
