Westberry Square Apartments

I've been calling before covid and no one ever answers there phone, i left voice-mail and no one gets back to you from there either. I've called there number for the residents just to see if I can get through to them from there but still nothing. Very unprofessional they should take their number off of the site since nobody knows how to answer their phone anyways!

I lived there for I year. I was told that I would get my deposit back when I moved. That was the biggest lie ever told. I have called almost every day and no one will return my calls it's been two months and nothing not a word. I even sent an email. Still nothing, I guess I will have to take them to small claims court in order to get my deposit back. This is rediculous to have to go to these measures to get my deposit back. I don’t understand why they have office hours when no one is ever there, IF the office is even open when it’s suppose to be. You can leave countless voicemails and notes at the office and still not get a call back. Management there is wack & unprofessional & I’m glad I saw that before I pursued renting there.

I have about three weeks living here not happy. Before moving in I would constantly call for two weeks and left messages no answer and no call back. Called company who manages the property. So finally got a call back turned out the lady went on vacation and hadn’t told the lady covering about my file. Finally moved in. Had two weeks here maintenance guy told us there is a fee to rent dryer and had to have renters insurance for using our own dryer. Was not told that prior to moving in. Would have known I would have just kept both washer and dryer that where already in apartment. Called the office

I called this complex multiple times and left messages everyday for a week. Nobody returned my phone call. I showed up at the listed open hours nobody was there. I came back the next day and nobody was there again but the maintenance man laughed at me and said nobody showed up to work. He then stated there were no available apartments even though there is listings online. He then shrugged and said well we may have a waitlist. This is the most unprofessional apartment complex I've ever encountered. I had the same horrible experience at Alderwood Apartments last month. I hope the person who owns
