H.V. Chapman & Sons is a full-service bookbindery and publisher offering a turn-key solution to authors. We use old-world binding techniques coupled with modern-day binding and printing. Our covers are handcrafted in-house. For over 70 years, H.V. Chapman & Sons has worked to chronicle the stories of our area. We make it our business to preserve memories from local and regional history, genealogies, book restoration, and yearbooks. We also provide digital and offset printing as well as promotional products.
Services
Three generations of the Chapman family operated the bookbindery for 65 years. H.V. "Homer" Chapman, Sr., learned bookbinding in Dallas, where he also was a paper warehouse manager. In 1925, Homer began managing the bookbinding department of Abilene Printing and Stationery. He later struck a deal with the company to buy out his bookbinding operations.

Thank you to this amazing company who rebound my bible. My daughter brought my first bible to have rebound as a gift. After over 15 years of reading, it had many pages loose, many precious notes on front and back inside covers, and a broken binding. When they were finished ALL was preserved. The impact of having this bible will be generational.
