Your tenant will pay the rent directly to CENTURY 21 Haggerty every month at which time the 10% fee will be deducted and the remaining rent will be deposited into your bank account. This one-time on boarding fee is deducted from the first tenant's first month's paid rent. This fee will never be charged again regardless of how many times we re-rent the home.

I have been very happy with the services i receive from Haggerty. I do not need to worry about my house they look after it for me and make sure that anything that needs to be done to keep the house working properly they do, and they keep it looking like a new house. I depend on them and they do take care of every thing that comes up. Completely hassle free for me and my wife.

We had an unpleasant experience with this company. If you look through these reviews our experience was very similar to Amyas world. I won't go into all the details but when we moved in there was damage from previous tenant . We had photos of when we moved in with date and details of the damage and I let our contact know that the issues were never fixed and he responded with the inventory list with the word "fixed" next to it. So my advice to anybody looking to rent a property from this company, make sure on your inventory list if it doesnt look new you mark it with exact details of what is wrong

I managed my own properties for many years. I enjoyed doing it but doing so was time consuming and aggravating and expensive. After meeting with the folks at C21 Haggerty, everything regarding Real Estate investing and management and especially accounting at tax time became a breeze. I would truly and honestly recommend this company to anyone who has rental real estate to turn over the management to C21 Haggerty. The cost is worth it.

This has to be the worst rental experience I’ve ever had … I even had my landlord living next door to me watching everything I did with cameras… even asking me about stuff my kids were doing because she was video taping them .. creepy .where do I start .century 21 never fixed the light in the laundry room .. never fixed my daughters fan .. blamed me for torn carpets that the renters before me tore .. before I moved out I paid to have the carpets cleaned twice and they go and replace them .. I cleaned the property very well considering I’m sick and disabled.. they are only out to assist

I’ve been using this property management company since 2017. The personnel who work in the maintenance department are very responsive and great communication regarding my home while i am gone. The tenants have been late on their rent in multiple occasions and C21 has worked with them and me on their situation. But at the end of the day, taking care of my home and making sure i am content seems to be their priority. Highly recommend.

Went to pick up the keys and saw the condition of the home. The property manager said a professional cleaning company was going when we viewed the property yet it was left completely the same if not worse. Selling barefoot on the carpet tour feet turn black but they claimed to have had “professional carpet cleaning.”The backyard is completely flooded which I understand it has been raining but they should take care of the problem before we move in like stated. It’s obvious there needs to be paint touch ups which I’m surprised were not done broken things as well that would cost around $20

I just wanted to share my experience with this agency. We rented our home through them for almost three years. Once our home was returned to us with the estimate of repairs, we found out there was so much damage done to it. According to the estimate provided by the agency it was over 3 grand of damages. Of course the tenants did not get their deposit back but the worst part was that we had to pay out of pocket for other repairs to be done. The way it works is they will later send a bill to the tenants and hope they will pay you back. We did not go through with all repairs so we would save some

This company is so unprofessional and wants to take advantage of the people that rent with them. If you are military and want a reliable and dependable company to find a home through, DO NOT use this service. They take advantage of people that they know won't be able to come back and take care of their "complaints" just so that they can keep the deposit. When we first moved, it was a dirty home in disarray and need of repairs. When we left, we got the place professionally cleaned. After leaving the home far better than we found it and PCS-ing to our next station, we were contacted

I would give them zero stars if I could. We rented from century 21 haggerty and they were so unresponsive when it came to repairs. I knew the owners and would often have to just call the owners myself. Upon moving out, we had to provide receipts for both a house cleaning and carpet cleaners. I've rented for over 20 years and that was a first. We usually clean ourselves and still get our deposits back. On top of that, it took over a month to get my deposit back and they snail mailed us a check. I do not recommend

Communication with the property team has been great. I recently moved in and all of my maintenance requests have been handled in a very timely and professional matter. Be very careful using this company if you want to rent a property. They will add "as is" to your contract, which basically puts all the problems on you. As they are their own maintenance company the way to make extra money is to blame you for every little problem the home shows, after you leave. Be very aware of what regular wear and tear is, otherwise they will charge you for every little nail hole they can find.

Very poor with maintenance!
My AC broke in the middle of the night from the house I am renting. Called Century 21 Haggerty at 0730 the next morning and they put in a work order telling me someone was going to call from maintenance. However, when maintenance called at 0800 they did not come out all day. After 5 additional calls to Haggerty they told me an estimate was needed before work could be done. Still no AC repair man and now my wife and I, along with our 3 young children, have to sleep in an 84 degree house (and rising) because Haggerty won't send someone out to fix our AC on a Sunday

- Review Update - After visiting Century21 Haggerty in person on Saturday even thou the leasing Agent Robert (Rob) Carrillo tried to talk me into not to go in person because according to him there would be no one who could help me, I was fortunate enough to meet their receptionist Becky who acknowledged my concerns. Nick Haggerty himself was also there. I showed both of them the property pictures and they assured me that is not how Century21 Haggerty conducts business nor how homes are delivered. We had a lease that was ending and we had requested to see if we could extend our lease due to the fact that we didn't have a set date on which we would be receiving deployment orders. We requested to see if this was an option and they gave us paperwork to be sent for approval never to let us know if we were. Had we received notice in a timely manner, then we would have told them we didn't want to extend, we were just asking if it was possible. They never got back to us and by the time we had to take initiative

The home I was almost stuck with came with a lot of issues. Property manager was rude and they seem to have a terrible recollection of what took place before I signed my lease, their response on one of my other reviews indicated that I was in such a rush to move in that I didn't allow the proper inspection procedures to be completed when in reality I was asked when I wanted to move in and I said as soon as possible to which the receptionist replied with "well let me make sure there is nothing pending that needs to be done before we give you the keys" when I was given the ok to get

We moved out of our rental about month ago. We lived there for about a year and had a great experience! The maintenance guys were great and friendly. They came out in a timely manner. We never had issues with the staff at the office. When we were moving out everything went really smoothly. We worked really hard to clean the place and get it looking nice for the move-out inspection and we got almost all our deposit back. I really wish we could have stayed with them! I highly recommend them!

We rented a home from Century 21 Haggerty Co for over two years, ending our lease last year. We had keys to the home in less than 48 hours after viewing the property. A locksmith was then dispatched to the home to change the locks and issue us the new keys.
The few non-emergency maintenance issues we encountered over the time we lived in the home was fixed within two to three business days. This service was not charged to us. After our lease ended, we received our deposits back within 30 days.

I just finished renting out my home thru this company. I quickly realized that they are a hit or miss in different aspect of how they do business. The administrative paperwork was always done. The rental funds were not given in one payment but two at times. However my tenants did pay rent ever month.
The owner does protect it's employees even if his employees drop the ball, that can lead to costly mistakes for you. The information between customer, employees and owner is not reliable at times. After a final walk-through the company said everything was in order, it took me only minutes after

The maintenance request system is the worst. The repair man comes in to take pictures for an estimate then doesn't return for weeks. And when he does it's at the worst times because we work and have to be there when they come to the house. We have had an ongoing issue with our toilets since we moved into the house in June. Our toilets get regular usage and they clog all the time. Century 21 Haggarty also told the plumber to ignore the bigger issue with our toilets' plumbing and just unclog the toilets. Why? Because they know that whatever it is will be costly and they don't
