Summit Design & Construction Inc. is a family run organization and was founded in 1982 by Dave Prokopchak. Born in Butler, Pennsylvania, Dave moved to Montgomery County in 1972. He is a graduate of T.S. Wootton High School and earned his Bachelor of Arts degree at Boston College. Dave has been a resident of Frederick County since 1986 and lives in the Comus area with his wife Gayle and daughter Nicole.
We are licensed, bonded, and provide professional residential remodeling and new home construction services in Montgomery and Frederick counties in Maryland. At Summit we only commit to the projects that we feel we can manage properly.
