The Big and Bright story began with a conversation between a real estate investor and a real estate attorney, both trying to find a way to ensure borrowers are treated fairly, while lenders are able to make sound investments in real estate mortgages. From there, we started a small brokerage, originating loans in San Antonio and the surrounding area.
As word spread, we began writing paper throughout the State of Texas, including San Antonio, Austin, Houston, Dallas, Fort Worth, Midland/Odessa, and Central Texas. Our services cover luxury purchases of single family homes, condominiums, ranches, and vacant land. We strive to complete every transaction, regardless of dollar amount, within 14 days from the receipt of the borrower's application.
