STAY AWAY, STAY FAR FAR AWAY. One brother is the realtor and the other is the mortgage broker. Actually it's a good cop bad cop perfect scenario to take advantage of someone. There was so much bait and switch and misinformation with the paperwork that when I showed up for closing there was $4,000 upfront PMI charges that were complete shock. I was told there was $0 upfront PMI. Then I was told it was $81 a month PMI for 10 years. Not only did I find out at closing that PMI was $151 a month, instead of the 81 they told me, but they told me it was for 10 years and I just found out this week it is
