I've had to get my car towed twice in the last month. The first place I used charged $140 to tie my car maybe 2 miles. When using Hirst my car was towed about 15 miles and they charged me $50 less.

Was charged $400 to retrieve my stolen car! Why so much. Wasn't notified until Sat. 3 day weekend, so had to pick up on Tuesday. Then was charged for having it towed from where it was found to this place PLUS storage fees. This is a SHAM! Shame on you and shame on our CHP for using these crooks. I have been victimized TWICE! I spent $527 on a car that was stolen that isn't worth 1k. Makes me ill!!!

These guys are a sham...
i sold a car years ago that i bought from my brother. 3 years later i get a bill over 2k for storage fees and what not (because it was towed from the last owner). come to find out so did my brother. they even threaten to report you to collections to try to scare people. these people are a joke i would avoid them at all costs.

Today it was my first time dealing with a tow truck when I ended up having 2 flat tires.
I called the company and someone immediately picked up the phone and sent someone my way. Even though I was only about 10 minutes away from where they were located they still got to me pretty quickly and the man who helped me out was quick and very efficient. He even accepted the expired insurance card that I had with me and said he would just charge my insurance company after he towed me where I needed to go to.
Excellent service even though it costed $90 but thankfully my insurance covered it. Great tow

My husband's work van broke down on I-80 and after calling about 5 towing services the dispatcher at Hirst Tow quoted me one of the most reasonable rates and time frames to pick my husband up.
Apparently the tow truck driver was bit stressed out - but all in all the men worked everything out, and he got my hubby and his van back home safely.
Give it five stars still, simply because everyone has an off day now and then, and these guys were FAST and the price was exactly as quoted over the phone.
