I had locked my phone,my purse,and my keys all in my car I literally called h&r towing from my Alexa in my house . The man who helped me gave me an estimate of 20 minutes.he literally got to me in less then 15 .friendly professional and fast at getting my car open.they were much nicer then any other tow company I had experienced in the past !

Jimmy is a hero! Called H&R Towing to get a towing appointment for a few days in advance. He asked what the issue with the car was and so happen to be finishing up another job in the area. He came right by to check on the car and was able to fix our main issue without having to tow it to the shop. He went above and beyond to help us and saved us a great deal of money. Definitely will be our go to towing company!

Jimmy from H.R. Towing showed up under five minutes of me calling him! Fantastic service! I pushed my Nissan Leaf to the limit with its battery range and ultimately it was too much. I broke down in the middle of the lane and called the first tow truck company in West Sacramento I could find and thankfully these guys were super responsive. Thanks Jimmy!

This is the most decent tow yard i ever encountered the operater jimmie anbd his wonderful wife are some of the most honest and decent people i ever met especially at a tow yard .i once told my son ge could be anything he wanted to be except a tow truck driver .well i had to recinde that after meeting this great pair .i cant say enough good about this buisness recomend it entirely!!

Well, my car was impounded. I admit that it was my fault. But H&R Towing is absolutely nothing that you would expect from an impound lot. The people working here are actually very nice and understanding. Jimmy answered my phone call even when I called after hours. He also showed up to his lot to let me pick up my vehicle(and of course pay the fines)almost 4 hours after they had been closed, he waved the after hours fee because I was in a little bit of a bind. Thank you H&R Towing for making a very stressful experience pleasant!

I have to tell you this company is the best. I was stranded on the causeway car broke down in the fast lane cause cars wouldn't let me over to the slow lane I called GEICO and the said an hour or longer so called Jimmy at H&R Towing and explained that I was stuck in the fast lane with my granddaughter and couldn't get out cause cars he said I will be there in a few minutes and he showed up within ten minutes he was so helpful thank you to H&R Towing I would give more stars if yelp would allow because there company goes above and beyond

If I ever need a tow again, this is the place I'm calling. I called several places before deciding to go with H&R Towing. Not only was H&R the cheapest option, Jimmy was also nice when I spoke to him over the phone. He said it would take a while because he had just taken his lunch break but that he would call me when he was on his way. I understand the necessity of a lunch break so that was fine, especially at the rate he quoted me. He called me just like he said he would and after that, he was there in 5 minutes. Great service! Called to verify local tow rates which beat the competition, then scheduled for a weekend tow. Driver Jimmy came on time and quickly loaded up the car and brought us over to the repair shop. Very personable and communicative during the entire drive. Very impressed and I highly recommend them if you are in need of a tow.

I needed my car towed from my driveway to my garage . Sounds simple right? After calling literally 20 different tow places who all said they weren't able to i called Jimmie. He was not only able to do it for a reasonable price but he came out within 30 minutes to move it. Would definitely recommend this tow company. Very professional and reliable.

Jimmy is about as good as it gets for a tow company operator. He couldn't come right away because he was in the middle of another tow, but he called regularly to let me know what was happening and when he would arrive.
When he arrived he was courteous and professional. There's nothing bad to say about this company. It's the best.
