Had an oil change and inspection done today. I have been bringing my vehicle here for years for inspections. Great job. No issues. In and out in 45 minutes. Everyone is very nice. I am disabled and they always make sure to park my vehicle very close to the door so I don't have to walk too far.

Very professional and friendly, with reasonable prices. Had my yellowing headlights whitened with nice results. Recommend for state inspections as well; competitive price and definitely on the low end compared to other shops I've called in NH. Junior does fantastic work. Thanks for the excellent service!

I just bought a 2015 Subaru Forester in the Berlin location and I couldn’t be more happy! Andrea and I think it was Ron were absolutely amazing! They stayed till 10pm Friday night making sure the car was extra… clean and ready to go on Saturday! They came in on their day off! I just referred my employees to the shop and one is scheduling now as I type! Thank you so much! Excited to get my car buffed on Friday and see the outcome! Talk about going above and beyond!

I was a little skeptical of the $14.95 inspection but I was pleasantly surprised. They didn't try to sell me Johnson rods or widget screws. They did what they said, charged what we agreed to and did it all very quickly, professionally, and with a smile. They were even able to do an oil change that I asked for when I was dropping my car off for inspection and had it all done in the timeframe stated for the inspection! 2 Vehicles, same results. Def recommend!

I came to the shop for a last minute repair on something leaking in my car and people at Extra Care were very helpful! Service was prompt, fast and professional! I am not from the area but attended college nearby and I would highly reccomend this place to anyone in the area! The people are very friendly and the prices were fair, check them out!

I treat my car maintenance like I would treat my own health care. I always get a second opinion. I took my car into a different auto shop with coupon for inspection and they said I needed both front brakes and rotors for $617.00. I then took my car to Extra Auto and they said yes, I needed it done. My quote for the same service and parts was only… $371.00. Dave the mechanic was nice and explained what was done. Justine is fantastic. She recignized my voice from a year ago when I was there. I will now always take my car to them and not waste my time going to anyone else. Just like my own

I can't say enough GREAT things about Extra Care Auto Repair...They're honest, patient and know what they‘re doing. They saved my sanity and our car today. Lenny found the problem in our Volvo in less than an hour...Lenny had me test drive the car after he worked on it with him in the car to see what I thought. The change was 100%!!! It was a… disconnected vacuum line!!!!

I really like this company. I went to the wrong location, then they sent me to the right one with no charge for what they did initially at the first location. Very straightforward and upfront about costs. Explained everything. Very fairly priced. You can tell they are a reliable team. I would definitely go again.
