If I could give this place all the stars in the universe I would. They are very trustworthy and honest. They won’t try to scam you at all like most places would especially if you’re a female assuming. They will take the time to even explain an issue in detail so you understand completely if you know nothing about cars. I highly recommend this place over any other place. Screw the dealership where they take full advantage of you, come to German auto works where you can trust good work and honesty from people who truly love working on cars.

Had a couple of little issues when I first had my Audi serviced there but the owner went above and beyond to correct the mistakes. Absolutely great customer service and will still use them if needed. I would also still recommend them over going to Audi dealership.

Brian and his crew are simply the best. They deliver high quality service at a fair price. He won't waste your money and will take his time to diagnose and properly make repairs. I have been a customer for many years, and I totally trust these guys with my cars.

I am beyond impressed with the service I received on my Audi A8L, I had dual turbo failures, and they came up with a cost effective and quality solution. They took the time to find the best parts for my needs, and kept me updated along the way. I am extremely happy with the work, and will now only bring my Audi to German Autowerks for future repairs.

I purchased my first Audi almost a year ago. It was used and I didn’t know much about these cars and the sometimes specialty maintenance they need as apposed to most other cars. The team at G.A. Is quite knowledgeable about many of the quirky repairs that an older Audi may need and are able to keep these repairs at a manageable cost. They have helped me in this way with my 2006 A6. I am thankful for their courteous professionalism.

German Autowerks is the only shop my car will go to! Brian and Bobby have always been such welcoming and friendly staff, & always open to offering you advice and explaining any repair and cause of issue etc, to you so you understand what's truly happening with your vehicle. I searched for a car place in Mid-New Hampshire and this seemed to be the best place that was not too far away.
