I've been taking my car to Elysian Auto for twelve of the fourteen years I've owned it. It currently has over 365K miles on it, and still going strong. They are great about what items are "must do" versus "should do" versus "this can wait," and are also very responsive when things pop up while I'm traveling. I can't recommend them highly enough.

I took my car in to Elysian Auto Service for an oil change and was pleasantly surprised by the courteous, professional, thorough service I received. I waited in the lobby for the car to be finished and had a pleasant conversation with the staff. I was offered refreshments, and received a free tire gage after the service. I will be back ! Came back from a vacation and car was completely dead. Battery was fine but couldn't even get the lights to come on. Car had to be towed to the shop for a diagnosis and Elysian found that mice had chewed on wires near the fuse box. They promptly found and repaired the damage. They communicated through the whole process with me. I haven't been treated with that level of professionalism in many many years. They called two days after I picked the car up to check in on how the car was running and made me feel like I was their only customer! Completely went above and beyond. I've already recommended

So against my better judgement, I thought I would give Elysian Auto Service a second chance after they tried to screw me over a few years ago. I mean all I needed was a tire patched. Not so shockingly, after having my tire for two days they decided that my tire could not be patched. But they gladly offered to sell me a new tire. I had enough common sense to not trust them and took the tire to Fleet Farm where it was patched. Do not take your car to Elysian Auto Service!
