GREAT, ,T hese are car guys, very professional shop, they know how to do it and take care of their customers. Everything was perfect. Customer service guys were very polite & knowledgeable and kept me informed on what was going. I had my vehicle towed to Greg's as it wouldn't start. They immediately found it to be the fault of a bad fuel pump.

The customer service and technicians are world class top tier. In my experience, they are also teachers to those of us who know nothing about cars. They go the extra mile literally also. Giving a ride to work, checking out a loaner car. But where Gregs Champion Atuo really excels is in the customer service and their professionalism. The guys up front have a calm kind manner, becasue lets face it when we call we are in crisis and worried about our car, right@!!?? They calmly hear you out, schedule an appointment. Leaving me feeling less stressed and confident that everything will be ok. Thanks guys

Had the Service engine light on with a P0500 code saying vehicle speed sensor was bad. Tried to fix it for my daughter, a MSU student, but couldn't get at the sensor. Bad place on a 2017 Altima. Registered online for a repair here and left the keys with a note in the drop box on Sunday August 29. Monday they called me and said they had a full schedule for the week but would try to squeeze it in. Got a notice Monday afternoon with a diagnosis of chewed wires to the sensor. Authorized the repair, and the car was ready for pickup by Tuesday afternoon. Can't thank them enough for getting my daughter

This place is the most professional in Mankato. What I appreciate most is that a few days after you get your car from them, they will follow up (via text) to ask how everything is going with it. I’ve been to several mechanics and none has asked me that. Also, each worker is respectful on the phone. When I wasn’t sure what a certain parts name was, they patiently helped me look for the correct word. I fully recommend GCA.

We have a student at MSU who needed major service on his car. With us being 5+ hours away, we wanted someplace we could feel confident was not taking advantage of the circumstances. Thank you so much for your A+ service. Digital inspection gave us details with pictures and explanations. After we were able to review, personal phone call to talk though findings and recommendation. It was great knowing exactly what the diagnosis and plan was!

They treat major repairs the same as minor ones. And make sure you understand what is being done and why. Often the final bill is far less than the estimate.
I wouldn't consider going elsewhere, it is so nice to go where you can trust what is being done & know that you're never being taken advantage of.
