Your phone calls are always answered promptly and in person, not by a machine and all prescriptions are filled on-site by a professional pharmacist you know you can trust. If we have your prescription on file, you can order your refill online, and will call you when it's ready, or deliver it. We are pleased to provide our patients with an area-wide delivery service to the Alamo Heights, Terrell Hills and Olmos Park neighborhoods.

We do business Broadway Pharmacy because of David (owner) and team's focus on customer satisfaction. Just today I asked for a home delivery later in the day but David went the extra mile and said it would be delivered this evening ... and it was. Customer service like this is why we do business with David and Team, a locally owned business supporting fellow San Antononian employees, vs some distant out-of-state mail order pharmacy my health care insurance company keep pushing on us.

My girlfriend accidentally sent her prescription here using Medicaid and the pharmacy called her and they were very rude. my girlfriend was raised out of foster care and Medicaid is all she has right now, it was an honest mistake to send her prescription here we are new to the area and this was our closest pharmacy, they didn’t even want to help her transfer the prescription to CVS. ZERO STARS.

I met Debbie and her staff when I was having some issues with my car....Debbie and the entire staff welcomed me into their shop and allowed me to wait for help there. It is amazing to me that someone can be so kind to a total stranger. You do not hear of people helping total strangers much. Thank you for your kindness, that was such a blessing to me. The folks of Alamo Heights are so lucky to have this pharmacy and their staff.

This is your mom and pop pharmacy shop. David, the main pharmacist was so friendly and helpful! He really went out of his way to make my experience there easy and quick. This is a compounding pharmacy, meaning you can get drugs your typical pharmacy may not carry. David can whip up a batch of non manufactured drugs for you, as long as you have the RX.
